Such a great experience today! Debbie was AMAZING. Super helpful and patient with us and our questions and concerns. She offered kind advice and showed us all of our payment options without being pushy at all. She needs a raise! We left with a beautiful couch that will be delivered in less than a week! We are so happy with Rooms To Go.

Jerry Hill and Cliff Carter are great. Didn't realize the measurement on our new table was for just the base and when they put the table top on it barely fit in the room. These two men were awesome to work with to get everything worked out and our new set will be delivered this Thursday. I highly recommend Rooms To Go and will definitely be going back as we replace other furniture in our home.

As a person transitioning and was starting over, Rooms to Go was the best furniture in the Charleston area. They are very friendly, great with people, making you comfortable and ensuring you’re aware they are there to assist. Definitely have to highlight that one of the representatives is Jay, she was amazing in taking care of me to ensure I got exactly what I needed while sharing her knowledge to make things more smooth. I have purchased a couch, a whole entertainment center, a dining room set, a dresser, and I just purchased another couch in June. The couch we just bought is a gorgeous sectional that was on sale, however the whole left side cushions corner drop down. The reason we got a sectional is so my family can all fit when they come to visit. We contacted the store they said there’s nothing they can do about it but send new cushions. We received the cushions which felt great for a few weeks and now it seems to have drop even more. We can’t sit on the whole left side of the couch unless we want sore backs and hips. I can’t believe they aren’t able to help me. I have two more bedrooms to buy furniture for but I’m taking my business elsewhere. Talk about disappointment. Today is 12/6/2023. After my post the District manager contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience and absolutely took care of the problem. We now have a new sectional that is beautiful and so comfortable. The store manager Ram, was extremely helpful and we are just so so happy. Thank you so much for taking care of us and going over and beyond to assist us. Again, we are so happy with your services.

Stephanie, Jerry and Ram were all fantastic. Easiest furniture purchase I’ve ever made. The level of customer service was incredible. Step by step, we walked the showroom and tried different options. Don’t waste your time with other stores that make you wait till next year for delivery. One stop shopping is what we’ve come to expect these days. Rooms to go delivers on that expectation!
