My wife and I stayed for 1 night. We were in Boston to attend a red Sox game. Upon arrival we were greeted at the door. My 1st impression was how nice and clean the house is. Upon entering we we're given a pair of slippers to wear as the house is very clean. We stayed in room C, a very spacious room with a 65" brand new smart TV. The bathroom in the room was gigantic, everything in like new condition, much larger than the main bathroom in my home. The bed was very clean and comfortable. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone. Jacky and Lulu were very kind and respectful and it is in a very quiet location. I would stay there again in a second. For some reason Expedia is not letting me review or give any stars. But I give 5 stars all across the board. I loved this place
Unfortunately, we never had the chance to get into our room that we had booked for over 2 months. As we were arriving from a 5 hours trip management texted us stating that our room had a plumbing issue. We inquired to get another room, management never acknowledged our inquiries. Furthermore, no settlement or option were offered; management just didn’t reply to us. Although, we had been planning this trip for months, being told a few hours before check-in that your room is now unavailable to you obviously changes your plans. We understand that issues with rooms may occur but the lack of communication and help in this matter was unacceptable.
Please save yourself the nightmare and do not book this property! I accidentally booked based on their checkin window listing 2 pm - noon. Then, learned that if I was not able to check in by 7 pm, I was out of luck and the night was not refundable! Plus, there is NO CONTACT INFORMATION available anywhere for the location itself. No phone number or email address! It might be a wonderful property, but not worth the nightmare scenario should you have any complications.
Really pretty views and nice clean rooms. Convenient to airport also.
I give this Hotel, or Inn, a five star review because the workers here are nice and clean all rooms, they get on their hands and knees and clean. The breakfast here is very delicious and is hot. The internet is good, too. The manager, Kevin, is nice
Who likes a clean and cute play area for your kids?I do!! Love the spacious size here and they also have party rooms. Also love the option you can trade in your plush for tickets and trade for something else. ðð½
Ok so this place I seen on phantom gourmet and they usually do not disappoint! Let me tell you! This place is one of the best I have had! The calamari is 10/10! And I have tried a lot of different places! Itâs the best! Service as well!
