I had an extremely disappointing dining experience at this restaurant. The food was not only repulsive but also ridiculously overpriced. My "cooked" sushi roll was a culinary disaster, filled with raw, bland carrot cylinders. The salmon roe nigiri was poorly balanced, with an overwhelming amount of roe compared to rice, and the soy sauce dispensers were a messy nightmare, spilling everywhere. The house soup was a letdown, littered with floating breadcrumbs or onion pieces, which completely ruined its texture. The vegetables served were practically inedible - both undercooked and lacking any seasoning. They also were somehow dry. To top it off, the so-called yum yum sauce was nothing but overly sweet, ruining the taste of my fried rice. The scallops, like the rest, were both undercooked and bland. I strongly advise against dining here; it was a thoroughly regrettable experience. I left most of my food behind.
Love the new Ronin in Pecanland Mall. New place is modern, sleek, and high techy. Arrived Saturday opening time at 5:PM and the parking almost full and a line to get in the restaurant. We wanted the Hibachi grill, so we were seated immediately, filling that table. Orders taken, salads or soups arrived, hibachi chef arrived, ate and left. Left restaurant at 6:08. Gives you an idea how highly efficient Ronin is.
Beautiful new building, but sushi made me sick. I had the scallop sashimi, spicy tuna roll, and the Escolar roll. The escolar roll tasted a little off, and I remembered that had been the case on previous visits. Regretfully, I fell once again to the trap. The scallop sashimi was near flavorless and lacked the addition of sauce and smelt roe to really give it the correct taste and texture. Even the spicy tuna roll was meh. I must say the sushi at brookshires is better, and that is sad. I desperately wanted to like this as the sushi options in the area are slim to none, but I just can't.
Sushi was delicious. My favorite is the snowball. It's a lot for what the price is. All food is fresh and the correct temperature. Parking lot is absolutely horrible, but they have a new building near Olive Garden that will be much safer and smooth.
Our grill chef Bruno was absolutely amazing! Our experience was basically an interactive and comedic sing-along. Bruno had us singing and laughing from start to finish. Our server was very friendly and attentive as well. Food was fantastic as usual.
Amazing venue and great food, definitely recommend the sushi!! Had some good wine as well!!!
The "new" Ronin restaurant was average. The new construction is nice as was the atmosphere...that is until the hibachi chefs began trying the "catch a beat" with their banging on their grills. Like a kid banging the table with a spoon. Got old really fast. We had hibachi dinners which were just average. Portions seemed small for a $30.00 plate. Yum yum sauce saved the fried rice. Not worth waiting in line for sure.
Love the new restaurant❤️
Our chef was great, and we could tell that he loved his job and was having fun the whole time. As always, great food!

Man, oh, man. When I think of good food and where I should travel to eat good food, Monroe, Louisiana, doesn't even crack the top 100 on my list. But after eating at Parish, Monroe is in my top five! Hidden away in an industrial area, Parish comes up

Just had a quick hour to spend, and glad we did! There was a program promoting hunting and fishing while we were there, so it was pretty loud and busy. But one of the park attendants caught us and filled us in on where to go for the short hour we had
Came here for some grilled oysters after a disappointing stop at another spot. Place was very nice. Great view of the river. Great service and the oystersâ¦. Chefs kiss! The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was bomb too!
Place is usually easy to get in and out of. Frozen meals make busy days' dinner easy. Better than frozen grocery store, not quite homemade. Bakery items are always fresh and good.
This is about the only place in Monroe that you can find hot tamales. There is another place but they don't stay open year round. We have been eating at Southside Coney Island for triple digit years. Yes try them out. You won't be disappointed.
We just popped into Okaloosa for a cocktail and an appetizer and ended up spending a couple hours there and having a full family meal. Payton and Emma took care of our party of 9 people perfectly. We loved the Rock Start martini, the meatballs, and t
