Honestly, its delicious. Best fries I've ever had. Best beer batter ever! It's busy and you will wait, but your find is hot, fresh and amazing. Worth every minute.

I got the nachos and they were absolutely amazing! So much better than I expected! I've also had great sandwiches there and the people are nice. They use local grass fed beef for their burgers, too. There are some picnic tables to enjoy on nice days, but it's mostly take out.

Bought mushroom cheese burger, cup of chili, and a side of fries- $26. The burger was too salty. Side of sweet potato fries, a handful $6, and chili, served cold. Sweet potato fries delicious, but really!? The prices are so NOT worth it 👎

I can’t say this about many places, but the fries are good when cold! I got Philly Melt and my brother got the club. Everything was well sized and fresh! Food was cooked in a timely manner and served hot. I highly recommend eating here.

When I have the money, I head to Roman's for lunch. I actually worked in that food truck before it was Romans. I typically order a cheesburger or a Philly cheese. Today I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and fries. I shared the fries with coworkers and they raved about them. The best fresh fry in Arcata, one said. The right amount of fresh and crispy. The grilled cheese and ham was perfectly toasted and delicious. The prices are a tad high, but the food will leave you satisfied.

Service is absolutely substandard. The food is ok. One time I asked if there was mayonnaise on the burger( first time eating there) the dude told me all the ingredients are listed on the menu. That's trash service. It took more effort to be condescending than saying that there was no mayo. My wife went there the other night wanting to give it a shot. She waited for way too long, the staff kept looking her way intentionally ignoring her. When she gave up and decided to go somewhere else to eat she heard them say " oh good she left." I don't often write bad reviews but this food truck will never earn another dollar from me.

Let me be honest, I hadn't heard anything about Roman's Kitchen, but they've only recently opened up, so that's understandable. Some of my coworkers mentioned getting burgers from this new place in Arcata. I was both skeptical and content at same time and agreed. The burger was simple with a side of fries. I must say, the cooks did a solid for me that afternoon. The bun had good taste and texture; the burger which came with bacon, cheddar cheese, and Sriracha mayo with side of fries. Fries were crispy even after the 15 minute drive back to work. I enjoyed the simplicity that I wanted to give it a try, and I did, hence the Mushroom Provolone Burger and added bacon to it with side of Onion rings. The price is reasonable depending on your burger building desires. The burger was juicy and cooked to perfection and so was the onion rings. I mean the batter used is what I'm getting at, for those of you who know. If not, totally fine as well, go check them out in Arcata, cross the street from Cal-Poly Humboldt and 14th St.

Every meal I've had here has been delicious. Philly Cheese, Philly Melt, Club, Chicken strips, Loaded Fries, regular fries... I'll keep going back and update this list with foods I try, lol.
