Rolo Beach Hotel - Hotel in Fort Lauderdale - 701 Orton Ave, USA

We spent a week at Hotel Rolo ,beginning at May, 7. The Hotel was such a good surprise. We were given the new refurbished 202 room, clean, plenty of light, space and good taste. The pool was always clean. There's a good size parking lot . The owner Chris was always ready to help us , as the rest of the team. Since he was not present at the time of our check out, we weren't able to thanks . We would like to say again : Thank You and hope to be there soon.

My spouse and I stayed at the Rolo Beach Hotel for one week, a year ago. We travelled from Canada, and we really loved it there. It's a nice place, the rooms are super clean, and they have a great pool area. Chris, the manager, is awesome! I stayed in a lot of hotels before, but I have never seen an hotel manager like him before. He goes beyond and above for his clients. It was easy to see that Chris is truly passionate about what he does, and he truly cares for people. We had a great week there, and we can't thank Chris enough for everything he did for us during that week! We also had the opportunity to meet with the owners, and they are really great people. We highly recommend Rolo Beach Hotel to everyone. We can't wait to go back! Kevin & Julia

My daughter and I spent a few days here in mid April. We were very pleased with our accommodations. The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean, nicely decorated throughout. The location was also very convenient, within walking distance of our favorite coffee shop and an easy walk to the beach. The pool area was well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent 2 nights here and will definitely again. Our room was immaculately clean. Beds super comfy. Cant beat location, walking distance to the beach and the Fort Lauderdale Beach Strip. 5 Stars all the way. Side note* if you are going to book here, do it directly with the hotel. It's a family business and those third party online booking take away from their profit! #SupportSmallBusiness!

I love the location of our room. It was close to the pool and the front street. The beds were comfortable. Chris was very helpful when we checked in. It was easy to get extra towels when needed. This hotel is located approximately 2 blocks from the main beach. I will return to this Hotel if I am in Fort Lauderdale.

Last minute find and this place is a gem. My room was clean, the bed was soft and comfortable. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The area was very quiet and about a 5 minute walk from the beach. You can rent a beach chair and umbrella at the office. The expense for a quick vacation is so high these days, this beach hotel eased my pockets. Will for sure stay here again for quick getaways.

I booked this place while visiting from NC. I had no clue what to expect. The building looked older, but we came to go to the beach, not to stay in the hotel the whole time. However, upon arriving I was very pleasantly surprised. The room looked very modern and freshly renovated, smelled good and was clean with no stains. The manager was very helpful in getting us checked in, and was able to be flexible to fit our needs and let us book an extra day. The cleaning staff were all super friendly and easy to talk to, the pool was clean and was being cleaned upon our departure by a professional service. All in all this hotel blew the expectations out of the water. I understand some people will ruin the experience for others, but the hotel staff made sure to the absolute best of their abilities that the rules were enforced and people obeyed the quiet hours. 10/10 would recommend staying here

We stayed with the family (4, 2 kids, 3 and 5). The manager is very welcoming and accommodating. The room is spacious and confortable. We enjoyed the pool during the afternoon as well. Really close to the beach and some great must-see in Fort Lauderdale. Great value for the price.
