I called a few days ago regarding a security app issue on my computer that would not allow me to access my already existing passwords. When I called and spoke to Gabriel he had a few other customers to attend to which was fine by me because my issue was not urgent. He was very willing to allow me to set up a day and time to meet for him to help me with my issue. After a few days my issue became a annoyance to the point where I now needed it fixed. I called him again to see if he was available and said he had 1 customer to attend to and he would let me know when to meet. We met and spent about 3hrs trouble shooting the issue till finally he was able to get it to work properly. Whew what a relief. He was very friendly and patient. At no point did he get upset with my computer or even mistreat it. He also helped another customer with his computer at the same time. While I tried to access the password. The other guys computer had internal issues so he left. And back to mine. Thanks Gabriel for the help and patience. Very recommended. Please allow him to work on a schedule with you, he gets very busy.

I had a very good experience With him he help me out a lot. I had a problem with my pc kicking me out of my games because of my WiFi usb cable. He made a new land cable for my WiFi and it worked perfect without any issues. Highly recommend!

My Mac just stop working can’t see anything on the screen I had estimates from Apple Store and another repair shop and both gave an estimate of $700.00 to repair and Alonso from Rokos Technology fixed for a lot less than that. Alonzo was amazing! I called and he responded right away. I needed a new laptop face from an old Lenovo and he fixed within a couple days. It would have been sooner, but he needed to find another provider to find a part since the laptop was dated. If you have a new device, you can expect quick turnaround. I will always call Alonzo for anything tech related - you should too!

An author and freelance writer, I work from home full time, doing all my work on my laptop. When I broke my laptop screen (see photos), I was shocked and upset, but I could always connect to an external monitor. But when my laptop overheated in its new location for connecting to the monitor, Windows would not start and my panic turned to despair. I called Rokos Technology, and Alonso assured me that all would be well. He ordered the new screen and repaired the hard drive so Windows would boot up. He saved all of my files not only on my hard drive, but also bookmarks and other online data that is vital to my work. I was able to keep working until the new LED screen arrived. When it came, he installed it promptly. I'd had an HD-screen before, but the one Rokos supplied is definitely an upgrade. Alonso cleaned the machine and everything is working better than before. He even sold me an external hard drive so I can back up my work more consistently. He was courteous, straightforward, honest, and fair. The service, workmanship, and price were great. Definitely 5 Stars!

So, I came here to get my laptop fixed. Alonso is not only a computer specialist but also a very friendly person. He carefully inspected what went wrong with my laptop, and even went shopping with me to get the items needed to fix it. He explained clearly what was wrong with my laptop step by step, making it easy for me to understand. Unfortunately, the problem with my laptop was something that couldn't be fixed before the deadline of my project. Listening to my story, Alonso first extracted the file that I had been working on and sent it to another computer for me. With that, I was able to finish my project on time without any trouble. He understands the situation you're in, and he'll do everything he can to help you out as much as possible. He won't just take your computer and ask you to come back another time. If your computer goes wrong and you see this repair shop nearby, then you're lucky! The only problem is that his shop is located within a residential complex that restricts access, making it difficult to find by yourself. I recommend giving him a call before visiting!

I called and spoke to Alfonso about an issue I had with a home internet tower that was damaged and he was very friendly. He even took the time with me over the phone by reviewing pictures and provided solutions. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has computer problems.
