I’ve used many Toyota dealerships over the last decade and Rogers has given me, by far, the best experience. Our salesman “Sour” was amazing, we are so thankful he was the one to approach us and take care of our needs. He’s a wealth of knowledge and someone we will continue to work with in the future. The finance department made the final process quick, they were transparent and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made this part of the process simple and straightforward. Amazing team!
First and foremost I want to thank David Bradley at Rogers Toyota of Lewiston. Mr. Bradley took great care of my wife and I. He never pushed or rushed us during this purchase process. The dealership as a whole was a great experience as everyone there was polite and friendly. The facility was one of the cleanest Toyota dealerships I have ever been in.
Something REALLY cool about Rogers Toyota of Lewiston was that they were doing a free bike give away to any child that came into the dealership and showed that they had perfect attendance for their school year. We have been going to Rogers Toyota for the last several, if not more, years for the servicing of our 2002 and 2014 Tundras. Justin, our Service Contact, is polite, professional and has excellent communication skills. As far as the repairs and/or maintenance to our Tundras, they drive off the lot working better than when dropped off which is all we can ask. We have purchased two different rigs from Rogers. One being the 2002 Tundra which still runs beautifully with almost 300,000 miles on it. Very satisfied with the service and the people behind that service.
