ROGERS INN - Hotel in Rogers - 1919 S 8th St, USA

Although the room was generally clean, we found either a scary blood or chocolate stain on the bedspread and wouldn't have stayed based on our initial impression. We decided to stick it out because of the close proximity to the music venue where we attended a concert. The staff never fixed the broken toilet seat like they promised.|There was an abandoned vehicle in the parking lot, a flat tire elsewhere along the curb, random bags of trash on the sidewalk, overflowing trash in all bins, and the water in the pool was green. The eating area in the lobby also had many unopened supply boxes piled up in disarray. The owners could improve the overall appearance of this place with some simple maintenance and cleaning. It's too bad they don't do the basics to spruce it up a bit.

Bed bug infestation that the manager doesn’t care to fix. Instead she call’s the police if you say you found bed bugs. We found 3 bed bugs the first morning and told the manager. She said they simply don’t have bed bugs. To her the bag of 2 that I was holding up in front of her was just “the supposed bed bug”. I asked if they were going to do anything so the next guests don’t get infested and she would never say they will do anything. Instead she called the police and tried to charge us with trespassing. No refund and we still had another night left.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. There was no hot water and they did not tell us at check in. I checked in on Wednesday went the next day in the morning they said they are working on it. I went again in the evening and they said that they couldn’t fix it that it will be fix until Tuesday. They were rude when we complained about it. They didn’t want to give us a full refund only half. They have rats here. The worst experience ever wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Non smoking rooms smell like cigarettes. I had to give a one star only cause it wouldn’t let me post but I honestly would give them a negative 10 stars. Owner is also rude my boyfriend talking to her and she was rolling her eyes.

My stay did even last 5 minutes in the room. The pillows were urine yellow. My shades were broken. My window was shattered. The toilet had god knows what growing in it along with the tub. The smoke detector had a plastic bag covering it. The tv made a buzzing noiseand wouldn't even turn on. I'm a volunteer firefighter in my local state I'm also one that does fire inspections I can assure you the proper people will be notified. I wouldn't recommend this place to my ex wife and I can't stand her.

80 bucks a night. If u need their internet for anything u better hope ur right next to the office. If ur not don't expect it to work. After my first night I asked them to move me and they said No, then asked me to leave. I wasnt mad, no loud voice, nothing. I'm not racist at all. Promise u. These people think that they are better than any other type of people. If ur not Indian ur a lower class citizen. It's so sad. If u go to any motel, anywhere, it's exactly the same. EXCEPT, Budget Inn in siloam. The people there are good hearted humans. Anyway, the bar next door rocks. Liquor store across the street, great Mexican food truck as well. Wally world is around the corner. For me, it was all about the internet, which sucks(50 ft away from office). The Lord won't allow me to say what I want to. That being said, God bless yall and them.

We checked in at 345pm and once we got up the stairs to the door of the room - it was standing wide open. The pillows were unsheeted on the nasty dirty wet chair. The bathroom had poop on the walls and the shower tile was nasty slimy. The surfaces were covered in dust and hair. One towel hanging in the bathroom. We called the front desk asking if the room had been cleaned. They didnt answer. Husband went down to ask in person. She assured him the room had been cleaned. But pillows werent made. A house keeper arrived with pillow cases and i showed her the walls. Told her it needed cleaned. She agreed. She did the pillows, went to get another single towel and left. We had to leave for out appointment. When arriving back at the hotel it reaked of the poop||On the walls and the cigg smoke from prior guests. We called and went to front desk . Told no refund. It was clean and now our stuff was in there so its not clean. I showed the pictured and was threatened the cops be called. No refund. ||||Lost almost $100 on a crappy crappy room and i cant believe people even stay there. Pictures to follow

If I could give negative stars I would, this place is bug infested and when tried to get refund they gave me a runaround about how when I called their number directly I “placed “ the reservation through third party service. Shown the bugs and all through picture and still didn’t care . Never go here

We booked this hotel because it was close to the XNA airport. The check-in was slow. We asked if they provided airport shuttle and the clerk just laughed; but after taking a closer look, we would never have left our vehicle. Our room was on the back side of the building and as we were pulling in, the police were pulling out. It is old and run down. The bedspread looked like it was from the 70's. Everything felt dirty. It was obvious they had done a few upgrades to the bathroom as the shower was clean and strong and the tile looked new but the toilet was chipped. They provided a blow dryer but it was falling off the wall. There was also a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. The a/c worked well. The bed was sufficient but the pillows lame. We wedged a chair under the doorknob as it just did not feel safe. We were more than ready for our 4:30 am checkout.
