Rodolfo Restaurant & Pizzeria - Pizza restaurant in South Plainfield - 124 Sampton Ave, USA

So I came in for quick slice of pizza for my son and stuffed shells for myself. Ordered at the front at 3 pm. My son got his pizza and I got the salad. 31 minutes later nothing has been even approached. I asked the woman at the front where the order is and she goes I'm still waiting. The person I suspect to be a manager based on him making decisions to get more of their soda ordered. He sat in the dining room for 30 minutes like I did, probably on his break which is fine, but seeing that I asked the question and did nothing. Pre paid a tip with the clover system they have. Walking out and the manager still says nothing. I highly advise you think twice or eating in person

Customer Service was above and beyond y Baylee. Provided great advise and the option pay off.. Cozy place with great food and dessert..

I've gotten takeout a few times. I like the pizza and we've gotten a few pasta dishes. Unfortunately, the last time we ordered my sandwich did not have cheese. It happens! The young lady on the phone offered to deliver the new sandwich which was really nice. My husband told her that we can give the sandwich back but she said that we are not allowed to take anything back. The delivery person said that they needed it back because a lot of people do this. It was a little upsetting. I wasn't the one that made the mistake. I would hope they would want me to bring stuff to their attention since I'm a customer. So I dug it out of my garbage and gave it back. Overall the food is good and the employees were nice.

This was by far the worst experience. I didn't get to try the food because a manager hung up on me and told he wasn't going to deliver when I called to check on an order after waiting 50 minutes. I was told they would come in 45. My order was sitting there done and no one delivered it. I was told it would've been there if I didn't call. When I asked about the attitude I was told "that's just how I talk". Then told me to eat somewhere else. Despicable customer service. Thanks for the reply.... I wasn't drunk. I don't drink. If I wanted a discount I would have used your coupon. This is all very clear to me after reading your Yelp reviews. This is obviously typical of your establishment. I stuck to Tony's where the service and food is great.

Ordered 3 subs for some reason the toasted the bread it was so hard and crumbled $60. Wasted

Overpriced, garbage, rude service, rude manager, bathrooms were disgusting and they racially discriminated against me and told me I’m not welcome due to the color of my skin. Overall not worth it, Cicios was a lot cleaner imo and a lot better and more affordable with better service. Even papa johns and dominos provide better service. Edit: it’s a public restroom dude. They aren’t even that clean anyways and I bought food too but never again since you don’t care about your customers

Soooooo...since you couldnt organically change my somewhat(two star) negative review by doing a better job, you decided to criticize me and my review on the internet, by posting a snotty response... on the internet? Cool. Cool. Cool. Cool. Cool. Cool. As a pizza place in a town full of pizza places where, in fact, a new one just opened up down the road, I would expect better customer relations from a small business owner. Wont be ordering again, dine-in, or take out. A quick search in my bank transactions tells me between dine in and pickup/delivery, I averaged about $150/mo with your restaurant. That's gone now. But I suspect that wont matter to you since you can clearly afford to criticize customers. I'll be sure to let others know. That's actually what's up. Original Review: (Two Stars) "Do yourself a favor, dine in - the food is 1000% better. This place is so close to my home I try my best to give my business, but time after time I am so disappointed with the food when its delivered/picked up. I ordered/picked up food just last night and the salad looked like it was half eaten, the calamari was soggy and rubbery, and the wrap I ordered was shoved into this tiny container and smashed. I would love to say this was an "off day" but this happens too often."
