We called in 30min before arriving with a party of 4 and we were told it would take 45min to sit us. We got there and sat at the bar and stayed there for 15min and they still hadn't seated us so my wife went to get a plate of food while we waited. There was an empty table since we sat at the bar and I just told my wife to sit there and I'd accompany her. My wife asked a waiter if she could sit at the table and the waiter just nodded and walked away. 5min later, a waitress by the name of Celina came storming out of the hallway and she was furious. She started yelling at us for sitting down at the table and spoke to us as if we were little kids. Extremely rude and unprofessional, I had never encountered such an awful waitress. She then preceded to tell us we can stay at the table and so we went to serve our food at the food bar. Celina never brought us silverware or the tongs for the meat, we had to ask another waiter for silverware and then again for the tongs and then Celina never took the plates on our table. We had to stack the plates on top of each other since no one came to take the plates even though they clearly saw they needed to be taken. Again, I had to ask a waiter to please take the plates. Overall, the food was good and the restaurant was clean but the experience was awful and we felt unwelcome from the first moment we came in. Definitely won't be coming back here and don't recommend anyone does come here.

Went with some wonderful friends,it was definitely different.It was a comfortable atmosphere.All staff friendly especially the bar keeper.Was supposed to be a 25 minute wait nope got our table like in 15 minutes on a busy night..

Just ate here for the 1st time and we will definitely be back. Everything was amazing! Ebony was our server and she was fabulous! The food was amazing. I truly couldn't have been happier. Even tried a new drink and loved that as well! I can't wait to come back.

Personal service 5 plus Seems most places today is ZERO customer service. Not this place❤️we preferred more medium to well meat….they would bring it to the table saying here is some more well or more medium. The staff serving the meat and pineapple were extremely accommodating and kind. Our drinks were kept topped off as well. We live in Tennessee and always make it a point to visit here when in the area traveling. Thank you all for customer service well done!

Just ate here this evening & it was extremely dissatisfying for a cost over $200. Reservations at 6:45 pm, called ahead to inform them of a delay, but still arrived at 6:53pm and wasn’t seated until 7:20 pm with no explanation of why. The hot buffet bar looked worse than Golden Corral on their worst day: runny “instant” mashed potatoes, & all cooked food items on that bar were lukewarm at best and poorly prepared. Sidney, our waitress was inattentive. They didn’t remove the used plates from our table for quite a while even after we asked & they showed no real acknowledgement or apologies, but showed agitation. Especially, the servers with the skewed meats had the same demeanor slicing meat with tip of the blade pointed towards you in a rapid manner. Also, I had to go order our own cocktails from the bar, but Ryan(the bartender) brought them to our table & his good altitude & helpfulness was the best part of the experience. At the end, it took forever for Sidney to visit my table so I could ask for the bill & then that was the quickest she ever responded when she knew we were leaving. I asked for the manager, then she said, “I can’t find her”. So, I left no tip at all & this was my first time , but LAST time ever visiting this over priced buffet-bar with their lukewarm food & undercooked meats.

One word delicious! The food was plentiful and the staff was AMAZING, ATTENTIVE and ENTHUSIASTIC. I sincerely enjoyed myself and had a great time.

By far the best resturant I have been to. We went at 11am on a Friday. There were very few customers. The food and service were great. They are an hour away and we will be going back very soon.

Celebrated my 40th birthday dinner today. Love all the food. It is really a big meal. You have all the choices about meat. Since they served chicken heart, I hope they'll consider serving chicken liver too.. 😋 Forgot to tell the waiter it's my special day, so I didn't have the birthday song and my discount. Oh well, next time. Was overwhelmed with all the food and choices.
