Amazing place to stay for the price. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very very clean! I would definitely be back again.

I wanted to see Bok Tower and booked the night at Royale Inn. The room, bed and bath were all clean. The air was strong; small pool was clean and refreshing. After leaving I could not find something I have had for years and called. The lady that answered said she saw nothing when gathering laundry but kept me on the phone to look. I had placed it in a different bag and found it when unloading bags. The town is small but thankfully a Mexican Restaurant was on the other side of the pool. The food was very good, I had garlic grilled shrimp and onions with beans and salad. I do not remember the name of the restaurant.

The Red Carpet Inn is great. We had the pleasure of staying there with out church. We had a blast. Alex, the owner was very hospitable. If there was anything wrong all we had to do was press "0" on the telephone and Ray was there to answer. Alex and Ray helped us with everything that we needed. The price was great and we could not beat it anywhere. They also provided coffee, teas, water, juices, muffins, and doughnuts for us. The hotel is undergoing renevations but it did not hinder us from enjoying ourselves.

We arrived and saw that the Royale Inn looked nothing like the pictures on Booking.com. The neighborhood was questionable. My husband asked to see the room and the manager took him down there. The room was clean and adequate. The other guest were partying and out in the parking lot. This made me very uncomfortable so we forfeited our room fee and went to find another room. This is not a couples place or a family atmosphere . I do not recommend. The pictures are Fake!!

The desk guy was nice and helpful but my registration was all fouled up and it took far too long to straighten out. The room I was supposed to get was never cleaned. Another man walking through the office said to the clerk "give him room so and so" and so he did. Nothing was new, nothing was clean except the towels and sheets. I'd pass on this one. Also, I had to pay almost $100; far more than $45 as in some reviews.

Positive: The location was good. Negative: I didn't like that it was advertised you had a pool and a restaurant, which was true but the pool was closed and so was the restaurant. And I still had to pay the full price which didn't make sense. I solely chose to stay here because of its location and the fact that there was a pool and a place to eat. Very disappointed. They should inform people when booking these amenities are not available and offer a cheaper rate..

Guest room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. Bedding is very firm. Lobby area is very clean and orderly. All-in-all, property is in good condition and the owners take pride in going the extra step in making sure the guests are well taken care of. I would recommend family with children to stay there if visiting in the area.
