Absolutely horrendous, was passing through waiting to drop off furniture at a nearby warehouse. Decided why not walk to the closest hotel. Upon arrival the guy at the counter originally tried to give us a smokers room. Knowing that non smoking rooms are usually cleaner we asked for a non smokers room. When we entered the room it was just as hot inside as it was outside so we turned on the ac unit that was blowing warm air at a very low rate on high cool. After not being able to sleep and sweating profusely, we went down at 2:00am to see if our room could be switched. The guy at the counter was very hostile and claiming that there was nothing with the room even though with air conditioning in a small motel room there should be zero reason for a ac unit to be on cool air and not cool the room. He finally gives us another room key and as soon as we open the door the smell of smoke hits very strongly. Then as we turn on the lamp we can see roaches from the front and back end of the room scatter. We turned right back around out the door and explained to the guy that there were multiple insects (roaches) inside of the room. The man stares at us like we have 4 heads and says “I don’t know what you are talking about we have no roaches”. At this point we would have rather slept inside the truck so we ask for a refund to which he frowns and says “I knew you were going to say that I will not be giving any refund.” He then offers to take a look at the air unit in our first room and with our frustration from his attitude and the poor quality of the rooms we say go ahead. He comes and turns, pulls, and pushes the knobs (turning them on different settings hot and cold) and after about 3 minutes the air starts blowing slightly stronger on one specific spot on the dial. He then looks at us like he just discovered fire and says “see I told you nothing wrong”. DO NOT stay here. It’s not worth the money nor time. Bugs, horrible odors, and sketchy characters all come with the disgusting conditions of this motel. Would absolutely rather sleep on the concrete than give these crooks anymore business.
My experience was good. Stayed for one night, had a clean room a quiet night and a great shower. The management and staff were pleasant and friendly. It's walking distance to anything you need. Planning to stay again. Thank you everyone there for all you do.
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. My room was roach-infested, unclean, and had a bad odor. To make matters worse, they failed to return my ID, even after I went to the front desk twice. I didn't realize it was missing until I was already two hours away, which meant I had to make a long, frustrating drive back. When I called to report the missing ID, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
To be honest, we didn’t stay here because it smelled like smoke. Even their smoke-free rooms were very smoky. We were going to stay here because we couldn’t get any other hotel in the area. It was an emergency stop. The manager tried to be helpful, but all the rooms that we looked at smelled like smoke.
Stayed for 1 night in town for work .was very pleased .nice quiet spot .clean rooms .the AC actually worked unlike the last 3 previous hotels I stayed at .owner was very nice n helpful .would recommend for a good night sleep will definitely stay again when in town .I'm an over the road truck driver .so it's always nice to find a good spot to stay n even park your truck n trailer.
Offer online was stay 2 nights and get 3rd night free but manager wouldn't honor it. the cleaning lady came into change my sheets and broke my glass sandcastle that my dad gave me and tried to sweep it up and hide it and then didn't even apologize after i noticed it wasn't on the table anymore. Manager called me a liar and was so mean to me I was in tears. I am disabled and have little feelings in my hands and I accidentally dropped my cat litter and I offered to clean it up but he said "no watch this" and walked up to the aoffice and charged my aaa card $100.the couple upstairs said they saw bedbugs on the bed and wall. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Positive: Parking near the room. Negative: Naked wires from light over sink.Noisy, dirty vent fan with exposed bulb 10" overhead in shower. Loose plumbing fixtures and grab bar. No smoking room had heavy room spray smell that did notcover cigarette smell. No wifi passsword provided. TV unwatchable Negative: ""
Head to have my family stay here for a night due to the Clarksville tornado, it was the closest place we could get a room. I read the reviews posted by previous guests of this hotel, and the reason I'm rating this hotel higher than most of them is that I can tell the owners and staff are really trying to improve the place. Everything that I asked for, the staff did their best to accommodate and were very helpful. Good hot water. New door locks. The room amenities such as the beds, furniture, and TV looked very much updated from what I've read in these other reviews. If I had to say that anything needed improvement, it's that our bathtub wasn't clean and the toilet looks like it is getting old and needs to be replaced. If you're in a pinch, this place will do.

It was a great stay . Breakfast was lovely only issue I had , I checked in at 12 at night and I had to wait almost an hour to get checked in I was looking for someone to check me in and nobody was found until a lady came in with a bag from the store
My wife and I discovered this distillery just last week and decided to book a tour. I'm so glad we did it is a great unique story of the history and pride taken by a family making some excellent bourbon, moonshine, and rye. I apologize. I didn't get
This place is incredible! Awesome back story, awesome set up, and Milton and Janie were the absolute sweetest people. The animals were all fantastic and the mini-golf course was way better than anticipated - I thought it would be a small, couple hole
My wife and I have eaten here several times now. Always consistently excellent, both the sides and the meats - no matter what we have. And the portions of meat are generous. I am partial to the brisket: melt in your mouth good (and itâs hard to ge
I liked my first visit there but Bandit my pet chi-pen or whatever didn't seem impressed. In fact, he seemed to be looking for a way out. He doesn't like cages even large ones.
My family absolutely loves this walking path. Whether were walking or riding a bike we always feel safe, especially since we have seen police officers patrolling the walkway on bikes. We highly recommend this place.
