Stayed for 3 weeks at this location. Our room was cozy, comfortable beds & pillows, but could use a little updating , hence the 4 stars. However, the place was 5 stars to me and my family - it was a convenient location, safe, and clean. Breakfast was provided, which was a good start to the day. The staff was helpful with any requests and super kind. I especially want to give a special shout out to the professional and kind employee Ebony at the front desk, she treated us like family!
Also, this place is conveniently located by so many restaurants and shopping. About 45 minutes to Tarpon Springs and 20 minutes to Tampa.
My favorite local home away from home. Always very clean and comfortable beds and nice cool AC in all rooms. As well as the most professional and compassionate guest services. Neewa, is my absolute favorite, We prefer to stay here when taking our daughter to her chemotherapy and medical appointments. Due to the compassion and personal attention we get here. Thank you, Neewa and everyone who works to make this location the BEST of Roadway Inn hotels. ♥️ Thank you!

Robert was very helpful in getting us into a room. Room was clean and very close to Wiregrass Ranch Sports Complex.
Breakfast was very minimal and the elevator was messed up but we would still reserve again.
They are in the middle of a remodel so some pictures are not current. Bed was comfy. No carpet, not even in rooms which was nice. Showers were nice and hot.
Spacious rooms and clean pool.
Positive: The lady was very nice at front desk Negative: Room was smoke room when I put non smoking and room beds had stains on the sheets and walls had been repaired but never finished in painting from past water damage .

Starting with management. Very unprofessional and rude the lady that was here this morning around 11. Didn’t get her name should definitely get fired, her Lack of customer’s service was unacceptable.
That place looks and feels like one of those motels you see in a horror movie. Doors don’t lock. Fishy a.f .

Upon checking in on Thursday after the incorrect date was made from hotels.com I spent 6 hrs waiting for them to correct the reservation after telling me it could not be done I ended up finally getting a hold of hotels.com and finding out that the lady already had fixed the dates. Then upon getting in the room it smelled like old cigarettes and mildew the shower didn't even have hot water or did it close causing the floor to flood and. Then let's not get started about the service I received from many employees not going into deals with whom but they need to learn customer service how ever there was a few that were awesome and I thank those who treated a Platinum member of choice with 110% customer service. Upon my departure date I decided to extend 3 more days when I found out that they had cancelled my reservation and tried collecting the first nite stay due to my deadline for cancelling had expired. You wanna get ripped off and and not even enjoy your room and owners try and collect every dime from you then this is the place. Ice machine on lower level didn't even work you had to use the one located on second floor and for the week I spent there the elevator didn't even work.
The room could’ve used a little attention but the people were very accommodating! Couldn’t be more pleased with their responsiveness to our needs! Ask and ye shall receive 😊👍🏻 Also the location is incredible! The Grove Krate shopping was awesome and unbeknownst to us they were having a couple of events this weekend as well as live music each night! It was great! Would love to return for our next vacation 😊🫶🏻

We had to use Cloud9 Studios last minute for our sonâs birthday shoot and had a great experience. The shooting session was great - they had great props, backdrops and lighting. Jeanine, the owner, is amazing!
