Do NOT stay at this hotel. The men at the first desk are complete jerks. My family and I did not feel safe. We forfeited our night’s payment and moved to a safe place. The low price is tempting, but it’s absolutely not worth the risk. The men at the front desk were so rude and disrespectful that I even feared they would harm my family.

Stayed two nights. Room was clean and no bugs. Even had coffee maker fridge and microwave. Price and location was good. TV big and channel selection easy to use. Front staff was friendly. Large room and easy parking.

i wish i could post pictures of the bugs !!! i WAS going to stay at this hotel in room 324 for the night with my two friends and my son, as soon as we opened the door they’re was cockroaches crawling on the floors and walls it was disgusting !! the bed sheets had stains, rips and burn holes in them. pillow cases had stains and the whole room overall smelt like smoke, this was NOT a smoking room and i am PREGNANT!! there was spiderwebs, not just cockroaches, but ants also, and other smaller different kind of weird insects crawling around. My friend had went to the front desk to get her deposit back and see if she could get her money back after showing the lady the picture of the bugs and she had to argue with her she kept screaming “NO REFUND!” she had to argue about getting her $30 deposit back. This place is disgusting and doesn’t look like it should be up in business, someone should most definitely call the health department or call someone and do something about this because this please is god AWFUL !!!

Positive: Location Negative: The room was dirty and it smelled. The furniwaa outdated and broken. Once I arrived I asked for a non-smoking room because my son who smokes did not accompany me and they told me the had no non-smoking rooms. Also the toilet would not flush properly.

Positive: Location was very convenient for us. Negative: The room stunk and the guy at the front desk came banging on our door first thing in the morning pushing the door open. He wanted a smell removing machine that was left in the room but had no regards to me just getting out of the shower.

After You Pay There Smile Turns & So will yours! Burn holes in blanket, Shower head was duck tapped! Drug dealers! Walked back up to ask for an one extra towel for my dog he was admitted on being lazy & playing on his phone! Bad Place To Stay!! Staff Is Horrible!! Lock Your Credit Cards!!! Will find ways to add charges! With Do Not Disturb On Door Came & Knocked 3 Different Times, Plus Insisted On Cleaning, Even Open The Room Door After Said No & Shut It, My Dog Is Not Very People Friendly He Reacted! He Shut The Door Quickly! BUT Why Try Knowing There's Not 1 But 2 Dogs! Very Unsafe Especially After Telling You No! Nor Give Us Time To Walk The Dog The The Car!

Got a smoking room. No ashtray. Stayed in 2 different rooms and the first room the tv had to be programmed and the 2nd room the tv didn't work at all. The refrigerator in the 2nd room wasn't even plugged in. The staff is just there to take your money, they don't care.

In my 62 years, this is the worst place I have ever stayed. I booked on line and if it were not for the no refund police, I would not have stayed. The couch looked like it was picked up off the side of the road. The faucet fell apart when you touched it. The floor felt spongy and had cracks in it. It was dirty. There was no phone in the room.
