I give it 4 stars for the fact that it served it's purpose perfectly. I needed a room that was clean with an AC system that worked, a shower with both cold and hot water. I needed a comfy bed with clean sheets and nothing that ran under the bed when I turned lights on. And I needed it just for 8 hours to get some shut eye. Free breakfast was two types of cereal, nothing special. That's ok, Starbucks was up the street. You want five stars with a room that has pictures on wall and a free breakfast? Hampton is up the street. This wasn't a bad little place.

From the moment we arrived to the hotel, we immediately felt uneasy from the location. The outside of the hotel seems unsafe. The windows don’t have any screens on them (anyone can break in). The moment we stepped into the elevator, we felt unsafe. The hotel seemed very sketchy. The elevator as well as the hotel carpet is unclean. When we got to our room the cleaning people were cleaning the room next to us. We noticed what it seemed as blood stains on the carpet in the room next to us. Once we stepped into the room, we noticed the room was filthy and not cleaned properly. The bed sheets had stains and rips in them. The bathtub and shower certain was gross. For $320 I would’ve expected more from a hotel. We felt very disappointed and icky from just being horrified by the hotel hospitality. We immediately left and booked another hotel. Do not book, it is not worth your money! The pictures do not look similar in person.

I think this place is owned by motel 6 now, but it has gone way downhill since the last time i stayed here. Only half of the lights in the room work Front counter lady, well, all i can say is, i got my rooms. There is plastic on the mattress, so you feel sweaty while you sleep. Bathroom is beyond basic find something else

This place has very thin walls. Can hear entire conversations through them. My room didn't have any towels or anything when I got there. The pool is locked and closed. So it can't be used. People were living here full-time so it was more like a run down apartment complex. You get what you pay for I guess. Oh and the blankets had all kinds of stains on them.

Worse place I ever stayed. I feel completely regret of having booked a room with these folks. No towels, no bar soaps, everything was dirty and damage. The whole situation was WRONG since the very beginning. There was a big lady with dirty clothes non welcoming in the main desk, the whole place stinks. You guys, KEEP AWAY!! It doesn't worth it

Room had red stains all over the carpet and walls in the bathroom area and on the door. They could easily have been removed from the hard surfaces but weren't. The sheets on my bed were stained even though they felt washed and even bleached. The room was fairly clean and the beds were ok but the lady and man at the front desk were very unfriendly and unprofessional. The lobby makes the place appear abandoned. The only reason i didnt walk out was because my husband was ok with the place but just barely. Most of the windows don't have screens either. I actually saw a guy on the ground floor open his window from the outside and climb into his room. There were people making loud noises that sounded like boxes being thrown around around 10:30 pm that they were quick to act upon when I called which I compliment them for but other than that, I can't say anything nice about the place. Total dump.

Ugh. Where to begin. The lobby looks vacant. No furniture, lights off, no one around until you push a doorbell where a less than friendly woman came out still chewing her lunch. I should have walked out but didnt. At least the elevator worked. Our room was clean as far as having been vaccuumed and no dust, mold or bad smells but that is where the compliment ends. What I think was make-up was all over the front of the door, inside the bathoom area walls, carpet and faucet handle. I could scrape it with my fingernail so it didnt seem anyone tried to clean it very well. My sheet had some kind of stain on it but I could tell it had been washed. Why we stayed is beyond me. Many of the windows don't have screens. I watched from my car as a person on the ground floor opened his window from the outside and climbed in instead of using the door. At about 10:30 pm, someone was throwing boxes or something heavy around for about 20 minutes. I called the front desk and they were very responsive about sending someone up. The security seemed pretty good. There is more but I think you get the idea. They also charged me for 2 nights but are refunding the second night and the lady was very nice but ignored what I told her about the room condition which leads me to believe they know and dont care and yes, I took photos.

What a s-hole. Called ahead to request non-down bedding (allergies) and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. When I was checking in, I mentioned this and was told they had forgotten and to wait 5 minutes and it’d be taken care of. When I got to the room, they had simply removed all bedding and had not replaced it with anything. I went back down to the front desk and they acted like that’s what I had asked for. I explained again and they sent someone up again who put a sheet on the bed and nothing else. I went down again and explained and they acted so annoyed and finally gave me 2 pillows and a thin full-sized fleece blanket (for a king sized bed). Oh well, we made due. That was just the first of the issues. Though advertised as offering free WiFi, the signal did not reach our room. Half the outlets didn’t work (some sticking out of the wall). The windows were filthy. The tv remote didn’t work for volume or power (just worked for changing channels). The towels were stained and incredibly small. There’s very little sound dampening, so all night we’d hear the door to the stairwell slamming shut. The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable and I woke up sore throughout the night. The tub could only be used as a shower, as the shower/tub selector mechanism was broken. I was trying to avoid Airbnb, but after this experience, I’ll avoid cheap hotels. An absolute dumpster fire.
