Rodeway Inn - Hotel in Swainsboro - 612 S Main St, USA

Good value for a room. The biggest problem is the location and the other motel customers. The rooms are extremely loud inside from external noises and it’s at an intersection where people seem to like doing burnouts or racing. Other customers were very loud, especially outside the rooms at late hours. The room was clean and looked to be recently renovated. No electrical outlet near the desk and had to plug in my laptop in the bathroom outlet, which barely reached. New TVs and the parking lot was newly blacktopped. Again, the problems mostly aren’t the fault of the motel, mainly other human problems. I did get bit by a spider during the night, but that could happen anywhere.

The staff was really nice but the room I was in wasn’t in all the great of shape. The dressers were missing drawers and the bathroom had black mold all over it and the shower curtain was covered in black mold.

Between the roaches and the Palmetto bugs in the room and the laminate floor that was coming up and was a serious trip hazard let’s just say we were not pleased. The faucet I. The bathroom was filthy and there was a crappy patch job over what was a plumbing problem. Our room was horrible. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Me and my husband were just getting away from everything and everyone for the weekend. We just wanted peace and quiet and rest and this room was just perfect for what we were wanting. The air conditioner worked great our Room was already cold when we arrived. The shower was very refreshing good pressure and plenty of Room. The bed was very comfortable as well. The lady behind the counter was very pleasant when we checked in as well.

This place would have got five stars, but unfortunately I feel like they're overpriced. But there's not a lot of options here. Unless you want to stay at the Days Inn for about $30 more or at the Best Western for about $30 more. I chose here because I don't think any of these hotels are worth $100, but this one is the best value price for what you get. Yes this is an old motel but they have remodeled or at least a room. I was in room 104 actually done pretty decently. I did not see one bug. I didn't have any issues you get to pull up right up to your room. Of course there's no breakfast or anything like that but I feel like for depressed you pay. You should at least get a coffee and a Danish or something but this is the roadway inn, I feel like this rain was worked around about $50 but unfortunately it was around $70 with tax and everything If I was in the area would I stay here again? I don't know... I didn't have any issues. I just feel like it's overpriced. I might just try the best Western next time since it's the same price of Days Inn next door. But I do want to thank them for a clean, comfortable room and a good Check in experience. I have attached some photos. Hopefully this will help you make your decision.

Easy access, great a/c. Bathroom mirror was amazing! Inexpensive room, partially updated but there is a way to go. Quiet, clean. Step into the bathroom wasn't level with the room so needed to be careful. No bedside table lamps, all lights in the ceiling.

Room had live roaches. Front desk stated the will mention to their pest company. I say the company needs to be replaced. Choice hotel reputation is usually always good. Not this hotel. Rooms were updated, and looked nice. I will not stay their again.

Older motel. You could see from the bathroom, that they're trying to update. We needed one night to fall asleep, and that's what we got. I wouldn't advise much more than that.
