Absolutely loved it here! Clean rooms! Amazing service. Very peaceful. I need an extra blanket and the manager Ashley was so beyond kind and thoughtful! I would definitely go back again and stay again.
I’ve never seen a rooms that dirty and smelly. The first thing I noticed is a man saying he was an employee sitting outside the front desk entrance, he looked stoned and unkempt. When I entered in the front desk office area, it smelled like drugs. When I entered the room it had a foul smell like mold. Very unsatisfied.

Room was dirty. Bed was clean but sagging and hard . Found 5 different kinds of bugs in the room. No bed bugs though.
Positive: Convenient location. Negative: Hotel was full of longterm tenants who caused noise well into the early morning hours. The hotel was not well staffed. The bedding was clean enough but showed signs of wear and permanent stains. Negative: ""
When I arrived my original room was not clean but they did fix it by giving us another room. Our major issue was a man that was on the balcony across from us screaming and time when we went to sit outside on the deck. Staff was very friendly. The area is nice if your only using the room to sleep or shop.
Positive: Location, however, I would not recommend this place to anyone. When we checked in my children were shocked about the condition of the room and my 10 year old daughter literally crawled into the fetal position and cried for about 20 mins. Negative: It should really be closed down, we went and bought our own cleaning supplies just to use the shower & toilet. That is unacceptable. Also this place popped up with a pool filter on and they have no pool. They should be able to advertise it. Negative: ""
I came up to Lake George for my birthday and had a wonderful stay at the inn. It's a great location- you are within walking distance of the lake, so no need to deal with street parking. Elizabeth and Brady were very welcoming, the rooms were spotless
My wife and I stayed there last week for 2 days. Could not ask for a nicer hotel, clean, well maintained, All 3 shifts in the front office would go out of there way to accommodate us. And the breakfast buffet was well maintained. Great value for the

My family and I absolutely LOVED this place. The owners Felix and Diana were so kind and accommodating. Our cabin, the pool, and the grounds were all immaculate. Our two-bedroom cabin was equipped with everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing
