Terrible!!! Quite literally a roach motel. No lights work. Except for the bathroom. Once I turned it on. The roaches scattered. Hardest bed I have ever been on. Have used cots in the army that were more comfortable. Hot water does not work. Almost warm at best. Didn't even try and use anything else.

Roaches, painted over black mold, broken door locks, patched up walls, peeling up floors, literally filthy. Worst place I've ever stayed. My favorite part though it made me laugh, was the set of bandaids holding the TV remote batteries in.

I stayed for 1 week but was paying every other day or daily. I called the office to tell them I was staying one more night, they said to pay before noon. I was always on time and I believe they took advantage of the pet fee by charging $20 daily for their pet fee. It turns out I didn't have enough cash on me so I called the office again to say I had to go to an ATM. The man who answered the phone told me if I wasn't back by 1:00 p.m. they would take my stuff out of the room. It was currently 12:40 and where their hotel is it's a busy area. I tried calling at 1:00 to tell them I was on my way back and they wouldn't answer the phone they have caller ID and they knew it was me. I tried two or three times that night to get in touch with them once again nobody answered the phone. The next morning I called and they answered and I said I would like to come pick up my stuff today and he said I put your stuff out by the dumpster. I said I told you I would be back and I said I called and you guys refuse to answer. Long story short my clothes and toiletry items are gone he said his housekeeping ladies took them and he would try to get them back well when I called to see if he located my stuff he hung up on me and then refused to answer the phone when I called back so basically these people are just thieves and their hotel is disgusting they have roaches the ceiling was falling down in my room it was terrible.

A waste of money. I have never before been disappointed in a Rodeway Inn property. First time for everything. I do wonder if they know the condition of this property that bears their name. I will give this property credit for the room being dusted and clean, and did not see any bugs. There was a mattress covering (entirely covered - zipped on) which I believe is a bedbug preventative. Reserved & paid through Orbitz but had to pay a $30 cash deposit when checking in. Never heard of such a thing. Check-in clerk said that if they smell smoke in the room after we leave the deposit is forfeit. Functionally - No light was connected to the light switch at the door. The bedroom area had a florescent fixture above the bed so that you had to walk in, cross the room, and find the light switch on the other side of the bed to turn on. Bed cover was old and had holes. Mattress was hard as a rock. Bring pillows - there were 4 tiny pillows that flatten when your head hits them, on a king sized bed. No hot water! At least not in the sink. Didn't use the shower. TV didn't work, nor WiFi, nor did the room's phone. Speaking of the sink, no drain cover or stopper (don't drop anything), and I was surprised it didn't leak (at least not that I saw), considering how cracked it was. Safety - I kept looking at the door, thinking something was missing. Looking at other photos posted here, I realized - there was no secondary lock, and no emergency exit sign (granted, I think it's overkill on a ground level motel room, but I believe it is the law?). Aesthetically - No art on the walls, no lamps. And I think the ceiling was concrete? All one beige color paint. Driving direction - Don't miss the turn if you're coming south on 19. It'll take you 20 minutes in traffic to get back, with the road construction going on. In the end... We left at 11:30pm. We were going to be absolutely miserable by morning if we slept on that bed. And we got the deposit back.

Positive: the price Negative: .As I was not driving, it was a long walk to get a bus apart from the 19. There was nowhere close to get a meal. There was places the other side of the road but unreachable by foot

The rooms were pretty clean. The prices were affordable. Not the best class of guests. Management was great and answered all of my questions.

Just don't! Stay away at all cost. The rooms are NOTHING like the pictures. Disgusting to say the least. We called for an early check in the day before. They told me to call back the morning of arrival. She said yes you can check in early. We get there the room we booked wasn't ready. I called 4 hours before arrival. They check us into a room OMG the burn hole in the comforter, mildew in the shower, holes in the walls, ceiling cracked and peeling...I could go on! So we have them switch us rooms....the one we originally booked would be available in 20 min...we wait. Go into the room and it is no better then the last. Now all this has us an hour and a half late to where we were supposed to be. I took lots of pictures of both rooms. Just avoid this place. If I could post pictures you would be sick.

Rundown rooms were confusing and dirty. Should have read the reviews and paid 50 bucks more for a better room. Went down to the front desk to ask for more pillows, and the guy happily informed me that housekeeping would bring more pillows forward several hours later. I sent my husband down to ask for the pillows, and he said, "we don't have those here." The room was uncomfortable and dingy, and we did not enjoy the stay, plus I feel itchy after sleeping in the bed.
