I am a Platinum member and have patronized a few of Choice hotels properties. I have stayed here several times but this one is worth noting. I was checking out on June 14, 2024 and was packing my car. I left the door open in the room since there was some items left. I encountered the Hispanic housekeeper as she closed the door to the room and told her I left some items behind. She reluctantly opened the door as I felt her presence watching my every move. I grabbed my belongings and walked out and muttered under my voice "silly". As my personal items were clearly visible, the closing of the door was intentional and this being the third encounter of her rudeness can no longer be excused. As I approached the front desk to return the key, she started talking her language accusing of me calling her stupid. Of course, Michelle, front desk receptionist demeanor changed as to believe her as one of the Asian owners witnessed as a bystander. This was my third encounter with this same person escalating rudeness and lack of tactfulness when encountering a guest and yet I didn't report it. If you are not happy with your life, change it and stop charging it to everyone else. When staff believes the lies of their team members, this is something to take notice of. Those of us who patronize these type businesses are of no value to the staff so I will not be patronizing this motel any longer. By the way, the owner listened and walked away exuding no customer service etiquette. Shame on him! I have never had this experience with Hilton brand. P.S. The linen on the bed had not been changed it was some musty. This is the first for me with unclean linen while the last few stays here it is evidenced that the rooms are cleaned at a minimal. Cheap labor will cost you big in the end!

Tons of shady characters (crackheads). Rooms and hallways are just generally not clean. Unfortunately, I have spent a decent amount of time here over the last month for work. Last week, I apparently wasn't fully checked in by the man working the desk, and then had my room invaded at about 1230 AM looking for me to sign paper work. I was about ready to fight the suddenly appearing hotel staff. STAY AWAY, unless you do lots of hard drugs, then you'll fit right in to the area and the hotel.

Short story, (A hostile place not for kids) 2am in the morning, some crazy Lady bang the door over and over, We were sleeping after a long trip, we have 3 kids and some crazy Lady, threatening to kills us looking for her daughter and the hotel let that thing happen on their watch. And we reported it and sounds like they don't care like maybe it's an ordinary thing for them that they encounter this most of the time. We were sleeping after a long trip, If I can only rate this 0 star I will. Please don't consider this place, The furniture is not comfortable, wobbly. The staff had no idea what they're doing the night shift person said there is breakfast, The next day the other person said they don't have breakfast. This is NOT a safe place to be

DO NOT stay here. Lots of sketchy people and unhappy staff. The hotel is generally not clean. I stay here a lot for work, unfortunately, and can't recommend it any less. If you are on a budget and don't mind incompetent staff and crackheads in the parking lot, this is the place for you!

Positive: Walking distance for good restaurants Negative: The outlet tot he microwave was not working. The coffee maker did not work. Outlets were to big for my charger. The plug kept falling out.

One of the worst areas of Colorado Springs and that’s quite an accomplishment. Only 10-15 homeless people loitering in the parking lot at any given time. If you run from your car to the room, they don’t bother you too much. The hotel was ok considering the area. Don’t take anything of value with you and or leave it in your room. The door lock can be defeated by basically anything your imagination can come up with. Heck, possibly your thoughts themselves. Don’t expect the free breakfast, house keeping or pool that is listed on the website.

Excellent service. Authenticly good natured and intelligent staff. 5 stars for the great staff. The lady they call Mama is a classic sweetheart. Everyone was really nice to my dog and that meant very much to me. Great owner too.

I have stayed here for five days. First of all, I am very grateful to the staff Leslie. I really love her so much! It was very late on the day we checked in, and it took her only a few minutes to solve the problem. The room was clean and comfortable with no strange smell. Leslie is a very conscientious employee who always keeps the floor clean and keeps an eye on the guests. She is very patient. I booked a room in booking in the last two days and chose to pay at the store. The other two ladies who received us that day always said that they could not inquire about the order. I sent it many times but could not find it, because it was marked to pay at the store, so I could only close the order. Finally, I used my bank card to pay the original room price for two days. We're really upset. In the end, Leslie and another grandfather solved the problem. However, the refund has not been returned to the account. It has been a month. I will go to the bank to check it today.
