Terrible! Made a reservation with Hotelogical, never booked it and I was unable to stay the night. Customer service was also rude. Never ever book using a third party app. Use airbnb and vrbo instead. They will actually refund you if you dont stay. STAY AWAY FROM HOTELLOGICAL AND THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE OF A MOLTEL.
Terrible service! Never ever ever ever use a third party to book with this terrible service of a moletel. Never ever use HOTELOGICAL! I made a reservation using this and never again. They never booked and just took my money. Please dont waste your money and learn from my mistake! DO NOT USE HOTELOGICAL! You have been warned!
Room and furniture was old and smelled very bad. There was no closet to hang clothes. Towels for bathroom were on a rack in the hallway, and were old and stained. Reminded me of the motel scene in the movie "Planes, Trains, And Automobiles". The room was truly disgusting.
I guess if all you need is a bed and a shower then this has you covered. The room is very very dirty. There are holes in the wall. The walls are dirty, the chairs were sticky, the bathroom had splatters on the walls. The door to the room opens to the outdoors. There isnt enough parking. They advertised a breakfast but when I checked out I didnt see anything. So, keep your expectations really low and you wont be unhappy.
Positive: Nothing Negative: Room was dirty. No breakfast is offered even though website states continental breakfast. Mirror was ripped off above sink and there was hair in the shower. Extra blanket that was given had holes and cigarette burns. Negative: ""
Christopher at the check-in desk was great! But this is definitely a very low-budget hotel. Not very clean or spacious. The only good thing is the price, but you get what you pay for... I won't be staying here again.
Positive: The facilities were reasonably up-to-date and maintained. Negative: In Texas, a hotel like this would have provided at least a continental breakfast, and most likely a hot breakfast. It was disappointing that the clerk did not pursue my special request to have luggage secured while I was away after checkout time. Negative: ""
Probably the dirtiest hotel I've every stayed in. I get that it's a budget motel, but it should still be cleaned better. We stayed in two different rooms. In the first, the floors were dirty, the cloth shower curtain had crusty stains, the outlets were falling out of the walls. The toilet was leaking so we got another room.
The second room wasn't bad but it still looked like the floors along the baseboards and corners don't get cleaned.
We were able to switch rooms with no problem.
The location isn't bad but the entrance is easy to miss.
