I'm giving a 5-star review today because the room renovations and upgrades are very nice and the hotel rates are reasonable. The staff was also very friendly and respectful. Unfortunately for us, we checked in late so we were placed in a room close to the lobby, which was noisy. The hotel was sold out for the evening so we couldn't switch rooms, but the staff patiently tried to resolve our issue by calling the owner at midnight to accommodate us. The owner graciously approved a refund so we were able to move forward with a solution. We appreciate his professionalism and for doing the right thing. The hotel room and bathroom was VERY clean and nicely renovated... more importantly, the staff was super friendly!

Best budget motel we’ve stayed in and we travel a lot. You can definitely tell it’s been updated recently and has all the basic amenities you need. The front desk lady is very personable and sweet. Even the bed is good!

I visited Asheville last weekend for a family vacation and I stayed here at the Rodeway Inn And Suites and I will be staying here again. The rooms were very clean, the lobby and hallways were always clean and the front desk staff were always very friendly. You also can tell the entire hotel has been newly renovated, my favorite thing about the hotel was the comfortable beds and big TV’s. If you want a nice, comfortable, quiet but affordable hotel this is the one!!

I stayed at Rodeway Inn multiple times. The location was very accessible to Ingles grocery store, shopping and various restaurants. The rooms had been renovated nicely. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the facility was very quiet. I would recommend this motel; as you will get a valued room for a reasonable price.

For a budget friendly hotel you would not need to look any further than Rodeway inn I have stayed in in several hotels I Asheville and I prefer this one. It is convenient to anything you need. The staff is awesome. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The price is very reasonable. And most importantly it's quite.

The room was really nice. It was updated and clean. The pillows were comfortable and they provided plenty. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The hallways smelled fresh, with Glade plug ins throughout. The lady at the front desk with the red hair was very pleasant. Anything that I needed was addressed immediately. She made sure that I had a pleasant stay.||I love how centralized I was to downtown Asheville and to the mountains. Not to mention being less than a mile from the outlet mall.||The elevator doors though could be redone. Other guests carved things into the doors and wrote on them. It's not the hotel's fault, but it really is an eye sore.||North Carolina passed a law that the water temperature can't be above 129°, so the water heater gets cold quick. This is for all hotels though. If anyone vacations in North Carolina, I would suggest showering early in the morning or very late at night. ||All in all, I would stay there again.

This place is the best I have stayed in while in Asheville. The staff is friendly and the price is reasonable. The rooms are clean and comfortable and it is convenient to about anything you would like to do. So if you are looking for a budget friendly place to rest your head give them a try.
