Clean comfortable rooms at an affordable price. Great location for cruising . This hotel has the best customer service around. Savannah at the front desk was super helpful and sweet. She answered all questions and addressed any concern I had. I will be back whenever I’m in this area.

We were able to take advantage of the shuttle from the airport and to the cruise and we really appreciated that. The beds were comfortable, rooms were modern, breakfast was good, pool was nice and the restaurant had great Happy Hour. The staff were all very friendly and we would recommend this venue and we would stay again.

I stopped at this hotel and it was my best choice. My room was clean and the bed was big. The breakfast was pretty good and I got to use the shuttle service. Bren at the front desk was amazing with her top tier customer service skills, patience and respectful skills. Thank you guys! I will be back

My stay here was the worst stay EVERRR!!! The first night I found 1 roach but suspected because a big hotel trash can was so close to my room that was the case. I moved the trash can further down the hall where no rooms were. However the hallways were disgusting so no telling what else was roaming around. The second night I stayed at this facility a couple was combative and arguing outside at 4am for 45 minutes and I had to leave for work at 6am. The next night my sleep was so off I woke up in the middle of the night to find my worst nightmare ROACHES. Not one but 6 in the room. Not to mention I had an allergic flare up for two days because I have asthma and am allergic to roaches. It was 2:30am and I immediately called the hotel manager named Susan to complain about everything that was going on especially the ROACHES!!!! I expressed that I wanted to be refunded and that I would be checking out at 6am. She said she would give me a $21 hotel fee back or a new room. I told her I no longer would be staying at that facility and it was no point in getting a new room for only 3 hours. She rushed off saying she had another call and that her and their exterminator would have to investigate that. When I called back a day later she claimed they didn’t find 1 roach and she wouldn’t give me a refund and that customers bring them in their bags. Basically claiming that I had brought them. The audacity of this lady is absurd. She was extremely rude and talking over me at that point I wished her well and hung up. I included photos of their front door and some of the roaches. My next move is calling the health department. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here you will be sorry if you’re a decent human being.

I have stayed here multiple times over the years and while there are small issues here and there, Meghyn and Savanna at the front desk are always extremely helpful and accommodating. Any concerns are immediately addressed and they are always pleasant and personable and maintain their professionalism no matter the circumstances they encounter. I've stayed at hotels that are considerably more expensive in the area with such disrespectful, inhospitable staff that my stay was uncomfortable and regrettable. I find that everyone here i've encountered to be absolutely lovely and the staff here treats their guests with the utmost care and concern. i continue to choose Rodeway Inn when i am working in town as the value, the accommodations and the service by comparison to all competitors in the area is unmatched.

Great room, great service! Bren checked me out very quickly and with a smile at 6am, hard to get these days! Free breakfast was very good and filling, complimentary shuttle service was efficient and made sure that I got my plane on time! Thanks

The rooms are clean, very quiet and comfortable! The staff is friendly and professional! One staff member who stood out was Savannah! She was phenomenal, always greeted me with a warm smile, and gave me 5 star service every time I saw her the entire week of my stay! I’m not sure if she’s a manager but she definitely deserves to be in leadership! I will continue to stay at this hotel whenever I’m in south Florida.

Bren was extremely helpful and courteous. Room was comfortable and air conditioned. Bathroom looked immaculate. I would definitely stay here again and recommend friends and family. I had a good time . Hopefully another reservation is in my future. Thanks Bren.
