Very nice & clean hotel. The staff was extremely friendly & had a restaurant & bar on site. We had breakfast included which was surprisingly good. They had a free shuttle bus to the casino which was very close by. Definitely will be returning.

The rooms are large and clean, very comfortable. Front desk most accommodating. The handicap room had a parking space just outside, and there is a very good restaurant on site. Good breakfast! Don’t be turned off by the Rodeway brand; it deserves a high ranking in the Choice Hotel chain.

My family enjoyed the quiet and clean room, and the cleaning staff was kind when we asked for extra towels and shampoo. The hospitality staff experience felt transactional. The free breakfast was convenient but just barely above continental status, though we are not fans of biscuits and gravy. They also had imitation scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles, along with instant oatmeal. We stayed in the hotel area, even though most of the property was more like a motel. The jacuzzi bath worked well, but not a deal breaker. The internet was easy to connect to, but I got a warning that the connection was outdated, so I made sure to use my VPN.

Clean. Clean. Clean. Room large and bed comfortable. Sheets pressed, I love that. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. There is a fantastic restaurant at the end of the hotel with a lounge in the basement with slot machines and a fantastic selection of beers on tap.

I stay here whenever I am in Charles Town. Everyone is great and helpful and I thoroughly enjoy the basement bar and servers. They are pleasant and a lot of fun. Food is good as well as reasonable prices. The only draw back is the carpet (which is why I gave it 3 stars). I wish they would just remove it (that includes all hotels) as it carries filth, insects, and germs. YUCK!

This was our last stop on a 3 week, 4000 mile motorcycle trip. Room was very clean & well appointed. Shower was great w/soft towels. Bed was very comfortable! Going back next week!

This is a nice little hotel, I can only comment in inside non smoking rooms. Comfortable bed, smaller bathroom, but adequate. Floor insulation not great, heavy walking person above keep me up most of night. NOTE: Please be considerate when staying above someone, walk gently. Breakfast not the greatest, but free. Cut out staff very nice.

I’ve stayed here two separate overnights & have no complaints. My most recent visit, the battery died on the door lock with all my belongings inside. The front desk was super helpful, got it unlocked quickly, & relocated us. They even offered to buy us a drink in the basement bar. The rooms are clean for the price, have microwave & fridge, & the basement bar has good bar food. They also offer shuttle service to the casino, tho I haven’t used it so can’t really review that aspect. I enjoyed both my stays & will be back.
