Stayed here 3/5/23 - I booked two nights, however, when I found out they didn't offer any breakfast, coffee or coffee makers, even though they advertised these amenities, combined with the awful smell in the 1st floor lobby and the construction that started on the floor above me at 8am, I checked out a day early. Didn't recieve a refund for the second night and front desk was absolutely no help and extremely unprofessional. Shower faucet was leaking and spilling onto bathroom floor. Remote didn't work, carpet was disgusting. After I complained, they shut the hotel down but still didn't offer me any type of refund. After speaking with choice hotels customer service a few times, one representative offered me a free night, which wasn't the $350 I spent on hotels that weekend, but it was something. I never received the free night, and customer service claimed that a supervisor would be calling me within 7 business days. That was on 3/29. I would not recommend this hotel or hotel chain to anyone.

Shower faucet leaks, TV didn't work, no breakfast, coffee, or coffee makers in room. Construction above my room started at 8:00 Saturday morning. Hallway has a foul smell to it. UPDATE - I stayed here last month, I booked two days and only stayed for one because conditions were so bad and I was upset that this hotel had been falsely advertised. The front desk staff was super unprofessional (wearing jeans and a hoodie) and did not raise any effort to help me try to get my money back for the second night. I emailed customer service who finally agreed to compensate me for a night, however, I never received enough points for a free stay, as promised. I was then informed that a supervisor would be calling me withing 7-10 business days. That never happened. It has been approximately 30 business days and I am still out money from booking a hotel somewhere else when leaving this one early. After I complained, obviously someone in management agreed because the motel was shut down. However I have never received any refund, reimbursement, free night, or corresponse from any management regarding this matter. I stay in hotels every week for work, none of the people whom I employ or myself will ever be using this hotel chain again. What an absolute nightmare filled with broken promises. DO NOT stay here. It is not safe and you will regret it.

We got there at 1:00 AM and were just planning on staying the night. The whole place reeks of smoke and mildew. Our beds had all sorts of hair all of them and in the sink. We decided not to risk bed bugs and went to the front desk to ask for a refund. She said she would talk to her manager the next day. We didn't send up staying because it was so nasty. I sent them an email with the pictures of the hair on the bed. I also contacted Priceline, but they said that they wouldn't refund it because the hotel doesn't want to now. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

It was an okay place to stay. It was clean, although the carpet could use a good shampooing. Housekeeping woke me up at 7:30 because they were trying to come in and clean (thank goodness for the extra safety lock). Not horrible for the price.

Charged more than the booked rate, described as a service fee. Charged an additional $150 deposit on a $50 room. The staff is horrible. There are no amenities in the room. No coffee maker, no ice available, no iron. The breakfast is extremely lacking. The worst part of it was the smoke detector in my room was pulled away from the wall and covered with a washcloth. I brought this to the attention of the kid running the front desk. He informed me most of the rooms were that way because they were getting too many false alarms. So rather than fixing the problem, they just disabled it. I hope a fire never breaks out there because there won't be any warning. Don't ignore the bad reviews like I did. This place is terrible and a safety hazard.

Ended up not staying. Was told I could pay for a room for my daughter. When my daughter showed, they refused to check her in because she didn't have a credit card. I called Choice Hotels and was told the hotel needed to send me a credit card authorization form to file out and return. The hotel rudely refused to do that. I called Choice back and the rep called the hotel. Even he said they were uncooperative. Finally the rep and I got my daughter in another Choice hotel.

We came to check in at this location on a Saturday night. The room that we were given which was room 129, smelled like death. When my husband went up to the front desk to ask if we could change rooms, the girl stated that her manager had told her that there was a water pipe break in the room. She said that they were booked for the night and that the only other room they had available had a smoke detector sound going off. So my family and I were forced to go find another hotel to stay at. I asked for a refund due to not being able to fulfill my reservation and I was reassured that a refund would be processed. I was not given a receipt for my stay, nor was I not given a refund. When I called the hotel, again the following day, she told me that I would get an automated receipt sent to my email. When I didn't get the receipt, I called the again the following day and was told "I'll send it when I can." Overall I am still fighting to get my money back, and the customer service from Raddison themselves is not better. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP.

First off, I want to say the woman that checked us in was great and very accommodating, and she was very prompt in bringing us toilet paper since the roll we had was almost done! The breakfast was almost none existence. There was cereal was OK and there was coffee and juice. There was a toaster sitting in the area and there could have been breads for toast!! Not impressed and will tell all my friends what we experienced.
