Rodeway Inn & Suites - Hotel in Haines City - 605 B Moore Rd, USA

Standard room had what we needed, the water takes a few minutes to heat up before you hop in or you'll freeze. The staff didn't speak very clear English so there was a slight language barrier. After the 1st night we went to the office for breakfast & there was none. My wife asked the lady at the desk and it took a few tries to get her to communicate clearly enough that they do not offer breakfast. Which is fine but when booking a room on several booking sites it says they provide breakfast. They do not. Not a deal breaker just be prepared.

Rooms are super clean. The size of the room was really good for 3 people. The only downside was the beds. The beds were uncomfortable and hard. There's not really much support for such a hard bed. The A/C worked great. The locks are good on the doors, and we felt safe. The chain lock was so short that we almost couldn't get it undone and thought we were going to have to call someone to help get us out!! 😂 Check out is 10:00 AM. Which felt early after getting into town so late. But the cleaning staff were pleasant and let us stay a little longer. I would totally stay here again, and I highly recommend.

People who want to stay here, be very careful, here the towels are like brown, they are not white, there are spiders. Look at the photo of the refrigerator, the shower spills a lot of water, the television control does not work, the floor is broken.

I waited a month before writing this review to give the owner plenty of time for a refund but guess he is choosing not to do it. Drove there from Tennessee we had to pick up grandkids in winter haven. Got up around 2 am to roaches all over the counter, coming out of hair dryer, they were by the toilet and in the shower and a few near the bed. We had 3 hours of sleep left immediately due to the roaches. I can’t even give this hotel a 1 star but have to in order to post this. Very disappointed to not even acknowledge us.

I came to Rodeway while renovations/repairs were being done on my home which took much longer than planned. But I have been so comfortable & happy during my stay, I hate leaving now! The rooms are spacious & comfortable. Love the tile floors rather than carpet - so much cleaner! Updated tiled showers larger than most & very nice! Bed comfort is subjective - but for me, this was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Wifi works great, used it on PC & on phone. This location no longer offers a breakfast , there is coffeeavailable in the lobby all day. Great location - stores & restaurants nearby, yet surrounded by some open land, very pleasant & relaxing to sit outside& not being crowded in with other buildings. RaceTrac convenience store within easy walking distance. And what REALLY shines is the STAFF!!! Have stayed at all types of hotels in the past, but have never encountered such an amazing staff as the folks here! Owner, GM, housekeeping & maintenance crews - people here are the BEST!!!!! Everyone has been so incredibly kind, and always goes above & beyond to ensure their guests' comfort & happiness here. As I mentioned above, although I'm relieved that the work on my home is finally completed, at the same time, I am so sad to be leaving this Rodeway & will genuinely miss all the wonderful people here!

Quiet, convenient, good value for the money. Lots of rooms, could use some newer towels but definitely a good place to stay. The sink tap was only lukewarm and low pressure but the shower was great. Seemed like they were on separate systems. Perhaps someone shut off the water under the sink? And, just so you know, tile floors, no carpet. A big plus, you can park at your room.

Our go to destination. It’s near everything. Room is clean and its peaceful in here.and the people that works in here are very nice and helpful! Will come back again. Always glad to stay in here ♥️
