Positive: The front desk agent was genuinely nice and helpfuland the housekeepers. The gas station is near. It has a pool. the beds are comfortable. Negative: The carpets should be cleaned or taken out. The plumbing on the sink leaked and had a bucket underneath. The room didn't smell good. The family, when they came to visit, didn't want to touch anything or use the bathroom.

This hotel isn't for everyone--it's well worn, and even the best efforts of the staff won't make it a luxury hotel for those with demanding standards for modern rooms/spotless accommodations. Some of the rooms are more updated than others, and if you can stay in one of the rooms in the front hallway you'll probably get the newer carpet and better experience. But wow, the value--this place is SO affordable, SO well located (there is a Big Y within 5 minutes, it does close at 9 pm though), and the staff is just wonderful--the manager Donna is an angel and always does everything possible to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I feel like a member of the family when I come here and get to say hi to her. All the staff in general is sweet and helpful. They have made several improvements lately to the overall hotel--towels are gorgeous soft brand new sparkling white, and the fitness center is open again after being shut down for a long time. There's a huge outdoor pool that I have seen lots of families enjoying, just haven't tried it myself yet. If you are nervous about parking your car at a place that seems to have some sketchy guests, you can usually find a spot right in front of the lobby area--and they do have security cameras and seem to keep a close eye on things. I've never had ANY issue with safety or had my car messed with while staying here. Honestly it's my go-to sleepover spot every time I make the trip from NY to New England. Sure there is no breakfast, and the rooms are old, and the hallways tend to be dirty, but you have a comfortable bed, nice linens, decent water pressure in shower, TONS of cable channels!!!, good wifi, a good-sized fridge and a microwave, coffeemaker, and friendly check in staff, plus the best price you'll find in the entire northeast. Thank you Donna for always being there for me--I'll be returning soon!

Positive: Quite ,good other rooms were not noisy so could get some sleep after 6-7 hours driving. Negative: Maid speak no English. NO. breakfast as on your listing. NO tv changer in r? offered to refund my payment so it ( room) could be Resold for their weekend casino travelers at triple room charge leaving me stranded .

Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No exaggration. I dont even know where too begin, but let me advise you to stay elsewhere. Motel 6, Red Roof Inn, Baymont. All close and better options. This hotel is mismanaged, the property is disgusting and bug ridden. No hot water for three days, pool isnt cleaned, management doesnt care. Fights and issues everyday, police constantly here. Loud, uncomfortable, unsafe and a complete waste of money. They bait you with what seems to be a decent room rate, convenient location right off the highway, and fake amentities listed online. There is absolutely no breakfast, no coffee, no anything. not even clean towels. The onsite restaurant is permanently closed. When you arrive you will be charged a fifty dollar incidental fee for nothing, $100 if you pay by cash. This isnt listed online either. Twice, other guests entered my room while I was in it. They issued keys to my room thats how disorganized this place is. Glad I was in the room so nothing got stolen. Staff is always stuffing their faces with food every time I went to the desk and seem clueless. Room keys stopped working at least six times during my three day stay. No fridge or microwave in my room even though its listed online. no discount for not having it either. No irons, broken light fixtures, burnt out bulbs, bugs everywhere, I could go on and on. Sad to see this place in such disrepair. Maybe one day they will clean up their act. Hopefully this review saves someone the aggravation I experienced.

Positive: The pool in nice. The staff are decent. There is a laundry room and a gym. A/C is ice cold! There was a leak from the sink, and the maintenance guy came to fix it. LOL Negative: Everything is sticky. Smoke alarm was gone, wires hanging out. Electrical socket was hanging out of the wall. The room stank like cat lives there, but there was no cat. Leaking water made more stink from the rug. Broken microwave.

I had a great stay at the Roadway Inn. From the time I arrived the clerk was friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and very clean and fully stocked with towels and soap for me to take a nice hot shower and then chill out and enjoy the cable TV in my room. I went right down the street and ate diner at one of the many local food options and then back to the hotel for a awesome work out in their gym. The room was a very good value and the property was well lit and safe. I would definitely stay here again.

If I can give this place a zero it would’ve been just that. If you’re looking to stay in this Hotel please look elsewhere. this Hotel is infested with Bed Bugs & Roaches. When I had complained the front desk lady was trying her best to help out but each room was just a mess & full of bugs. THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

room good size. Linens clean. Quiet air conditioner. Mini fridge and microwave worked. Toilet seat lid broken down the middle. Had some key card problems and the desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Plenty of parking. Low price. Next trip likely stay there again.
