We booked 3 rooms here a there was bugs a spiders everywhere. Everything was dirty a you could tell it hadn’t been clean. Water damage. We asked for a refund a the lady at the front desk had no problem but when it came to time for the refund they told us they were charging us for a night cause it was after 4pm. The pool is filthy a does not work a the hotel looks nothing like the pics on Expedia or trip advisor. My cousin an I used 2 different apps. Put us in a huge bind with us having 11 ppl checking in. Mostly kids.
No stars if possible. Pool wasn't open and lady at front desk was so rude about it. When I reserved and put deposit on room I was told all amenities where available. Tried to bargain hunt could go down road for 50$ and get free breakfast & pool.
Left after three hours. Roaches come from everywhere. In the draws. Behind the furniture. Couldn't spend the night. Appears to have major roach infestation. Booked only 1 night as I was just traveling through town. Booked off the internet. Absolutely nothing like what you see on the internet. This place should not be open until they fix the roach problem
Nasty Nasty Nasty!!! Don’t even know where to start. Filthy, roaches crawling everywhere. Drugs being dealt day and night. People living on the property long term. Horrible customer service. Broken ice machine. Dirty pool. A man actually died in the room next to us and it took the staff 2 days to clean the room. They did not even remove the mattress he died on and tried to rent the room out with the same mattress!!! I can’t express enough how gross this place is! Stay AWAY!!! I’d rather sleep on dirt than stay here again.
If I could leave no stars I would. The beds were like sleeping on a box spring and they gave us a hard time moving to another room. The floors were very dirty. They have no ice machine. You can only get fresh towels every couple days. People are partying all night. No hot water. Please go to another hotel. You'll regret staying here. They won't give you a refund either.
This place was hands down the absaloute worst most disgusting place I have ever stayed! I should have left the minute I seen the condition of the lobby and the disgusting chairs. The Smoke Detector was ripped off the wall. The sheets had human excrement on them the mattress was like laying on a very dirty rock. Don't plan on showering because your not gonna get hot water. The guy next door had a very large Pit Bull that scared the life out of me and I was hit on by a hooked not once but twice while sitting in my truck with my wife not to mention Crack heads just wondered around the lot. This place is the #1 reason that you book your stay well in advance so your not stuck staying in a place like this last minute. Stay at your own risk!
Lots of police activity. It just made me feel very uncomfortable seeing the police just walking around room to room. I felt like it has a lot of crime activity here and I was right, and I was right because I woke up the next morning and I had my car broke into. I won't be staying at another motel on the outskirts of town again.
Staff was helpful but room had several issues. Obvious water damage. Coffee machine didn't work. Lacked towels, very bright outside lighting, pillows felt like down pillows that had seen better days. They do rent by the week for those that need that service.

I only went up the oklawaha bye boat to the dam. Heard it was blocked and impassable. Not the case though, beautiful as always. There are definitely some changes and make sure you trim the motor up around the trees because there's a couple of hidden
Kayak rentals where a bit pricey ~($45/$60) and line was long to get shuttle tickets but it is definitely worth it to kayak this river it was gorgeous and see-through the whole 5 mi downstream trip the shuttle cost 15 additional dollars to get back t
The most amazing experiences can be had with friends here. We saw monkeys, manatees, snakes, alligators, birds, and fish in the wild. Yes thatâs right, wild monkeys. Come see them!!! Donât get too close though! Super wonderful place.
