We loved our stay at Rodeway Inn!! We extended our planned length of stay and ended up spending 4 nights at the Inn. The beds were extremely comfortable as was the room itself. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the rate was excellent. We will absolutely be back and look forward to our next visit! Thank you Rodeway!
Such a cool place to spend the night. It was our favorite stay in the whole road trip. We reserved the wrong night by mistake, which was non-refundable, but the lady at the front desk went above and beyond to change the reservation and give us the same rate we booked at. The room was cozy and had everything we needed, including microwave, fridge, blow drier, comfy sofa, and cozy beds. The hot tub is a great touch on a cold winter day. I can’t recommend this place enough.
I've stayed at many road side motels over the years and this is hands down the best I've ever been to. Rooms are pretty typical, but the service is impeccable. And an actual breakfast? Unheard of fit most of their peers. 10/10 would stay again.
Best place hands down I’ve stayed. The owners are the sweetest people, extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. You can tell they care very deeply about their guests and the environment. We even got the pleasure of meeting the beloved cat, ninja brother, during our stay which made the entire trip :). The breakfast is hot and filling. It’s the perfect place if you are looking for a safe, chill Colorado stay.
It was a great location. The staff was the best part. We only had the breakfast one day because we were always gone by 7:00. But it was good the one time we did eat. Pastries to go would have been nice! We would stay here again. We love the town of Gunnison. We have been there many times.
This is a great place to stay if you are vacationing or passing through. The staff is friendly, there are grills and a fire pit, and is near the river for fishing or a little further if you want to do a few water activities. The beds are clean and comfortable. .good for some quiet time if you are looking for that. I will go back for our next vacation adventure! If you love Legos there are a few cool displays!
Very affordable option in gunnison. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable and good sized. The room was clean, if a little dated; however, we saw indications that they were getting ready to do some furniture renovations, so in all likelihood, the rooms will be updated in the future. The breakfast was not necessarily anything to write home about, just standard fare. Overall, I would say we were satisfied with the experience for the price.
This is a great place to stay. The rooms are quiet and clean. The parking spots are wide so you can unload your car easily without worrying about hitting the car next to you. The spots are also assigned to the rooms so you are always right by your door. The host/manager was super friendly and always had a big smile on his face. The free breakfast was the usual but the host cooked real scrambled eggs and sausage. You can tell the difference for sure. There was toast, waffles, bagels, fruit and cereal. There was a fridge with milk and oj too. The coffee was fresh and plentiful. It was very quiet there and the beds were comfy so sleep was no problem. They have ample place to walk the dogs too. They have a gathering area with some chairs, a fire pit, a barbeque and a picnic table. The hot tub was in an enclosed building. Its only a mile or two out of town so it was pretty convenient that was as well.
Our room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was perfect, there was little to no external noise, and we loved the location. The front desk (man and two women) were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, except for the eggs,
Enjoyed the hotel. Jennifer did a wonderful job checking us in. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Rooms were fairly large with several HBO channels.
Our 2nd time getting food from there. We took a drive from Grand Junction to Gunnison for New Years Eve day. A gorgeous balmy winter day. It was also our 12th wedding anniversary. Their food is worth the 2.25 hour drive. Texted my order in the morni
Great place to visit and learn about the pioneer life. We brought 65 scouts out west and this was one of the stops. More than enough to keep them engaged. Well worth the stop if you are driving nearby.
We took our young children and had a great time. The staff was so nice and helpful. The pool is heated, great place for little and big kids. The gymnastics gym is open play and the basketball court. They have family changing rooms too!
Nice big RV spots that have a good amount of space between them. Easy access to the reservoir. There is some highway noise if you're close to the road, but the spots farther away are quiet. There is no shade so I would recommend a plug-in spot for RV
This family run hole in the wall had some wonderful margaritas, cold beer, but most importantly great tasting home made food. I can highly recommend this location. Come early as the place fills up quickly after 1800. As per usual, I did not ta
Make a reservation!!! This place is ahhhmazing! A must try in the area. You can always get there early or even just go out to the river front bar area for awesome views, live music, drinks, and a small menu. Garlic Mike was grillin some oysters when
Great gluten-free selection! They have soft breads, pita, pizza crust, cakes, cookies, and chips; all gluten-free. Their other products are well stock as well.
