I accidentally booked the wrong day as soon as I seen it was the wrong day I notified them they wouldn't work with me on getting a different revs or refund my money..very upset with this hotel management won't even consider them anymore manager was very rude and no help at all

The hallway smelled like an ashtray/weed, seriously, which also stained the rooms with the smell. The smell was strong enough to get on my clean clothes even when I only walked from my room to the car. The pillow was so flat that I felt like there was no pillow. The pool was closed due to lack of handicap access. If you hate the smell of tobacco or weed or you're looking for a nice clean place to spend the night, this place is not for you. We only slept there because we booked it in advance without knowing about the conditions, and they had a no refund policy... the price was decent and staff was friendly, however. Just FYI, this place is a franchised hotel, according to the clerk, and it is not well taken care of.. Rodeway Inn will definitely be crossed off my list for any future stay.

Awful. I had a NO smoking room, but the stench was so strong, it made me sick. Towels were questionably cleaned. There were eyeliner marks on them. Needless to say, I didn't make it the night there and left. Cigarette burns on the mattress pad (underneath the fitted sheet), I could feel the marks while sitting on the bed and have pictures of it. There were marks on the top comforter as well. Just awful. No pool, because it needed to be updated as well. Oh, and a very large bug. Keep going past it. :/ I hope my bill is correct and that I have been refunded properly or there's another problem as well :/

This location offers non-smoking rooms, however it has smoking rooms. So, the non smoking room smell very musty/Smokey. The manager was nice to let us cancel our reservation with a full refund because it smelled like smoke. Okay for someone who smokes, not okay for people who cannot tolerate smoke.

First thing we noticed upon entering was the size of the bathroom, which is almost too small to do anything in at all. Also thanks to no carpeting in the room (though the hallways are carpeted... one would think it would be the other way around), I nearly slipped and fell on the way out of the bathroom to my shower. My bed was pretty decent, though a little too firm (this is purely personal preference so I'm not mad). However the walls were a little thin and I kept waking up due to activity in the rooms on both sides of me. No one was particularly noisy. The one saving grace from one star was the staff, who all were gracious, friendly, and attentive. After asking for a couple extra towels I got them quickly without hesitation. They even held the door for us when leaving without asking.

Good rate, and we got a very clean room. However, the other guests were very noisy, doors were thin and there was no soundproofing so it felt like a dorm atmosphere. We just stayed in our room the whole time. Breakfast was very basic: toast, bagels, cereal, juice.

Not a good hotel to stay in. Wondering if anything was in order-in room. microwave out of order, hair dryer out of order, coming down the passage washer- dryer out of order too. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken. The hall way was all smelling with cigrate smoke. The breakfast service- in our two night stay was not good. The first morning we're in the breakfast area at 8:15 and guess what it was already over. The person present there was least bothered of refiling anything in the breakfast area.When we asked for bread the guy got some bread for us and it was last of remaining 4 pieces.After us 3-4families came but , still absolutely nothing,no refiling of anything in the breakfast area, the same thing for the next day though this time we came a bit early 8:00 Why on earth did they say on the first hand serving free breakfast if you can't do. Like us most of the guest had coffee and some cereals and went and had breakfast someplace else. It is not appropriate not to serve proper breakfast. A senior couple came in and they did not get anything to eat. Even the kids. Please guys in future who plan on booking a room here be ready to have breakfast outside.

If you are a light sleeper,forget getting ample Zs; toilet water ran all night, very noisy guests on both floors, doors slamming all the time. The bathroom was awful, tub would drain slow so I had to stand in dirty shower water up to my ankles, toilet wouldn't flush properly,Towels felt like sand paper. The room had a 90s TV that barely worked. Definately not family friendly.
