If you are OK with dirty rooms and hair all over in the shower from the previous renter then this is an OK place for you. Honestly we just needed 1 night to stay for our flight and its super close to the airport plus it has parking. Honestly it's got the feel of a "pay by the hour" type of hotel but it worked for 1 night stay. Was not impressed with the bed sheets being dirty and especially the "new pillow sheets". I'm quite positive the sheets were not replaced.

You get what you pay for. Really great price. Room was not fancy in any way but it was clean and had a fridge, microwave, desk and tv. The location didn't feel unsafe, though some people staying at the hotel weren't the best, coming from a girl in her 20's who stayed here solo. Pretty close to Seattle and other great WA cities. Used the money I saved on something better. If you love luxury this is not for you. If you want to save some $$ while traveling on a budget, would definitely recommend.

Service absolutely sucks. We checked in within 5 minutes the room was swarmed with bugs flying everywhere! They showed us 4 rooms, 4!! Every single room had bugs in the room. Asked the receptionist for my money back and he denied my refund of $400 and offered me only $0 back for 3 nights! Ridiculous!! This place needs to be shut down it is not sanitary at all!! I even showed the receptionist pictures and videos and they still decided not to do anything. Don't stay here unless you want a dirty infested room with bugs

I booked a one-night stay at the Rodeway Inn Seattle Tacoma through Booking.com for the night of August 6th to 7th, 2024. The agreement was to pay upon arrival. However, when I arrived at 12 PM, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional fee if I wanted to access my room before 2 PM. Strangely, a charge of $100 had already been made on my credit card, even though no payment had been finalized yet.||I left for lunch and returned to the reception after 2 PM to check in. At that time, I was required to pay the full amount immediately, which was slightly higher than the price originally agreed upon on Booking.com and was unrelated to the $100 deposit.||The next morning, on August 7th, 2024, I inquired about the $100 charge at check-out. I was assured that the amount would be released the same day. However, upon returning to Switzerland, I discovered that both amounts had been charged to my credit card, meaning I was effectively double-billed for my stay. For the record, I left the room in impeccable condition.||I emailed the hotel requesting a refund of the unjustified charge but received no response. I consider this to be fraudulent behavior. My credit card provider advised me to block the card as this conduct does not align with standard practices and suggests a lack of integrity. Blocking my card led to inconvenience, financial loss, and left me with a sour experience.||I cannot leave this situation unresolved, which is why I am writing this review. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the headquarters of Rodeway Inn.

Positive: Location Negative: Bed seemed to have bedbugs in it. Red flecks that could have been dried blood. Checked reviews and there were reports of bed bugs. The room in general was the most disgusting hotel I think I've been in. I got my gear out, slept in my car in the lot.

It’s a perfect hotel when arriving late into Sea-Tac. It’s walkable from the airport, less than a mile. The desk clerk was as nice as could be too. It is definitely a budget hotel, but for one night near the airport the location and price were right. The next morning we walked a short distance to the train and headed to downtown Seattle.

Don't use for long-term parking. I have used the lot at Rodeway Inn for parking on several occasions to fly in/out of SEA. It is close enough and i assumed out of the way and easy in and out; and i asked about cameras the first time we parked there. We recently came back from a trip and someone had run into our car and left no note or contact information- no surprise. The clerk in the hotel told me i needed to call back to check with the manager about getting the video reviewed. The shuttle driver noted that our car had been hit and i asked if he knew when or saw anything, he then said he wasn't sure, he really didn't pay much attention to it, and did not know our car had been hit. That said, he brought up to me that our car had been hit, so he obviously saw it prior to then as we did not mention it to him. I called back and they were going to "review" the footage and i called back 3 hours later. I was then told they reviewed the video and it did not store video more than a week back and they saw nothing. Our car was there for 9 days. Very annoying that they did not check the video the day we arrived and asked them to since that would have been closer to the time we left it; they waited 3 days to review it not to mention i am skeptical they reviewed anything. When i mentioned this to the clerk on the phone, he said he actually reviewed it the day before but failed to tell me that when i called earlier that morning. Long and short, i seriously doubt their cameras are even recording anything; in this day, you could purchase 1TB drives for almost nothing and keep video for days and days. Not helpful at all and terrible communication. Park in a reputable parking area and check to see that they have video recordings for this like this. This hotel is super shady and no surprise someone pulling in/out of there would do the right thing after smashing someones car. This was not a minor scratch, they destroyed a rear quarter panel of our car and a light housing; it will be several thousands in repair and we will have to pay a deductible and the inevitable increase in our premiums. Certainly don't sleep here and don't even park in the lot.

I know I took a gamble with Expedia's rating and not this platform... That was a huge mistake. This was 1 of the worse spots I've stayed at in my life. I've seen a motel cleaner while roaches were crawling on the wall. This is a hard pass. The lobby was the red flag out the gate. Finding my room and noticing the carpets weren't vacuumed in a while should have been my sign... It's 11:30pm and I'm just tired... Walking by a candy machine with hand written prices now prepares me for the worst. When I get to the room my cousin and I instantly use a family pack Lysol in the entire room and furniture to calm our nerves. I look in the bathroom and see I have to clean it myself. I go ask for extra towels to clean what house cleaning did a poor job of, I'm questioned about the extra towels.. When I finally got the extra towels, I was requested to bring them back.....that night! We slept on top of the covers the entire stay. Microwave in the had history of filth inside it. I asked about if they cleaned the microwaves this year... The host said "house keeping is supposed too.". I look at the lobby microwave...... Same condition. I have more issues but this is long enuff. Stay away!
