Gorgeous park. Beautiful trees and ponds. Could use another bathroom there though but it's a pretty place. Ample parking on each side of the park. Great for a wedding!
Beautiful park year round. Lots of ponds and stone pathways. The park is located right off of Chippewa river. There are Pavillions, lots of shade, public restrooms and views for days. Great place to walk dogs and for families! Also great for photography!!
Moms! This is a great little park! So quiet. By the water with a creek running thru and bridges to sit on and waterfalls. The kids loved the walk with the stairs and all the water and I got a walk and didn't stand by the playset. The playset was really nice and plenty of mulch on the ground. We will definitely be going back.
It's a smaller quiet alternative to Carson Park across the lake. Nice multi tiered ponds and streams, however this dry summer has them running low on water and flow. Normally a beautiful addition to the park. Due to the dry weather not as much right now.
Great park lotts of fresh water ponds streams for the puppy to play, great new playground for kids, bathrooms are solid building even thoigh closed bybfar early in the season, pavilion is big enough for events, plenty of benches to just take a break while out walking their adding new trails along the water, yet its a rod and gun with no dock to speak of how does one fish at rod and gun with no dock......also the water access is blocked by trees largely. There is great photo opportunities here beautiful scenery picnic 5ables galore for private spaces. Yet the water runoff going out is not creating hydro electricity to power the parks lights why..upkeep/improvements are/is needed here!
Great place for family events! I have attended two graduation parties here and love the creek that runs through the park.
This place is just.. ZEN. I don't know how else to describe it. I absolutely LOVE this place.
Love this place, but it can be pretty buggy at times, so remember to bring bug spray. There are ponds that have ducks and geese in them. I have also, from time to time, seen frogs and snapping turtles (not very big).
