Busy place. It was a little tough to get in and out of the parking lot. Well stocked. The staff was busy, but extremely helpful. Truly prefer going here than Home Depot.

I shop here very often. The customer service here is excellent! You can tell providing good customer service is mandated to all employees by store management. They have a very good selection of products. I am glad this location is near me!

We’ve lived here for 32 years. Rocky’s was not our primary hardware store but we would go there periodically. They have an adequate amount of hardware, lawn and paint products. The problem is that over the years the customer service has gotten worse and worse. I went today just to buy fire extinguishers and I’ll never go back unless it’s absolutely necessary. The extinguishers were not in an obvious location which is fine. An employee walked by me twice and I tried to flag him down. Finally I cut him off and he told me where they were in an annoyed voice. Then I couldn’t distinguish between a few choices. When I spoke with another employee and asked the difference he was sarcastic and rude. He said, “They put our fires!” Clearly he didn’t want to speak with me. I’m done there.

Needed a few things and was pleased with the service there always pleasant to do business there.

I entered the store to buy the Weber Spirit ll E210. I asked for assistance and the cashier called someone and told me the employee would be with me shortly. I waited around for about fifteen minutes. The employee never came to help me so I left the store.

The best rockys around by far the staff is great and they carry everything you need and need but didnt know it.

Still the best Hardware Store around. The specialty screws, nuts and bolts, & assorted specialty hardware are mostly very well kept - what's in the box belongs in the box. The people are really good, knowledgeable, & genuinely want to help you. It's not perfect but it is a lot closer to perfect than any other HW store. I like that it feels like a good store for the community. The people inside know the people that come to shop. In today's retail world that almost never exists. Ace is THE place.
