There were around 6 spots open when I pulled in around 1pm and I was able to park in the shade. Small fee for park use. Pleasant experience.
Beautiful well marked clean trails and very friendly rangers. The scenery is gorgeous and has various levels of difficulty. There are a couple lakes for fishing, a cave for exploring, large rock garden to hike on that give a spectacular view of the floor bed of the valley below, benches strewn throughout to rest, cattle meandering, lots of wildlife to enjoy and much more. People hike, run, ride their mountain bikes, walk their dogs, go on picnics, fish, or come to just enjoy nature.
No parking fee but it costs a few dollars to come in or a seasonal pass if you decide to come back often. There are discounts for seniors.
NOTE: 1. LOCK all valuables out of site as there are no rangers stationed at the parking lot.
2. RATTLESNAKES- stay on the trails. They are at Rockville so pay attention. They like sun, rocks, crevices, etc.
3. WATER- Bring with you as there is no drinking water available.
4. DOGS- They cannot go into the water. (Due to sheep.)
5. POISON IVY & OAK- Again, stay on the trails. You don't want to ruin a good day.
ENJOY! IT'S A FABULOUS PLACE TO VISIT. 😎
Great hiking and exploring. Easy to moderate hikes with a couple of technical spots. For a small park with runners, mountain biking and hikers you can still enjoy trails all by yourself.
Super beautiful place to hike, so many different trails and it's just so serene out there. Highly recommend
Perfect for morning and evening walks and for intense running and bike riding.
Parking is fine, Park was beautiful this time of year(Mid April)!
This parking lot is the entrance to the Disneyland of mountain bikers. Love this place! It's a good life!
There were lots of people taking walks, mountain biking, and walking their dogs. Everyone was friendly. Temperatures were in the high 60's when we went, but, with the solar exposure, it felt hot, so be sure to bring plenty of water.

Absolutely beautiful. The views are stunning and they have easy as well as challenging trails to take. The weather was nice when we went but if it's hot, be careful of the open spaces since some of them are pretty long. There a lot of shaded paths to
This is an excellent park for the whole family (including your dog). If youâre looking for areas for a picnic or to just run around there are many places for that. With two dog parks (one for small and one for large dogs), basketball courts, tennis
Well maintained park. Green grass and the pups love it. We enjoyed our afternoon walk. Hope everyone keeps the park clean and puts trash in the bin. Lots of trash cans are placed around the park. Always pick up after your pet as well. ð¶â¤
Really Good energy here and very beautiful. There are squirrels and birds everywhere. The landscaping is very well thought out and it's a great place to come to pay respect or just meditate for awhile and relax

The sandwiches are thick, tender, and delicious. I tried the French Dip which comes with a a side of gravy for dipping. Just wow. Sandwiches are about $13, sides about $3. You will
One of the best wineries if not the best winery in the Solono County area. A wide tasting profile for all different pallets and the menu is changed every Monday slightly so that every experience you come in is slightly different. Great reasonable tas
Had an early-ish dinner and we were the only ones in here shockingly because the food here is absolutely delicious. We ordered Chicken Satay as our appetizer, and Citrus Chicken as well as Chicken Pad Thai, portions are big, so you'll definitely be b
Awesome experience! There are only 3 factories in the world, so naturally we had to go. I am in the military so the cost was discounted, $13 for my family of 4, but the atmosphere was just fun. If you have little ones and want a fun day with some che
If youâre looking for a solid, old-fashioned burger experience, this could be your place. While I prefer my lettuce unshredded, Iâm not going to hold it against these folks. My cheeseburger was delicious. Parking and outdoor seating available.
Very delicous food in a nice, clean and welcoming atmosphere. Service was normal and overall we enjoyed our visit. Would visit again if I'm in the area.
