My sister and I’s flight got cancelled due to weather and the airline booked us at this hotel. The staff members made our bad day much better. James (shuttle driver) was very kind and loaned us his phone charger for the night. Danessa and Cj at the front desk were very nice and answered all of our (very many) questions and frequent desk visits throughout the night. The room was clean. Thank you all for being so kind to us
300 USD a night hotel and they don’t even have someone to help out carrying the baggage lol.
I’ve never seen rooms that outdated, looks like they didn’t do renovations since the 80s. I also found pubic hair in the bathroom.
Thankfully for me it was an airline booking it, if I paid for that out of my pocket I’d be pissed!
I stay there when use to be a holiday inn the front desk lady when I got there was so friendly and very nice it was so clean the room and the lobby was comfortable happy 4 of July to all of the staff
A bit pricey but one of the better hotels in the area. Clean and comfortable. Needs an upgrade but very cozy. They offer breakfast on the weekends. Nice to have a cup of coffee.
Very bad experienced ! Water and juice machine at the breakfast buffet was broken and they gave small bottle of water to compensate the water and juices. when I asked to Luis from front desk for second bottle of water he denied to give even drinking water. If the management is not capable to fix the machine they should provide at least basic drinking water!
A very tired and expensive hotel. 2 star at best yet cost us 400 bucks for one night. |Clearly this outdated property are lining their pockets before selling out. Breakfast is appalling. |No welcome when we checked in. |Avoid the ROCKVILLE CENTRE HOTEL at all costs.

Great place! Lots of showings and concessions staff were very nice. The theatre was clean and the seats were comfortable. It's an expensive trip depending on what you buy. Tickets are $16.50 a person and a large drink is about $10 as well as a large
