Rockledge Rooms and Rentals - Motel in Rockledge - 3220 S Fiske Blvd, USA

This is more of a long-term, transitional place for anyone, whether you're single, married, kids, or no kids. The rooms are a great size, microwave, and refrigerator with a freezer. I've only been here a week, but the owner is great and easy to work with, and Freddie, the property manager, is absolutely fantastic! They've clearly done some updates to the rooms. To be honest, and I'm not being negative, just honest, whoever they have to clean the rooms when someone moves out doesn't do a great job, but I'm not taking points off for that, because I'm the type to clean a room when I check in, no matter if it's a five star hotel or a motel in the middle of the hood.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! This place is the scariest most disgusting place I have ever seen. Poop in the toilet when I got in the room shower not cleaned at all bathtub water wouldn’t stop running roaches and a baggie with drugs in it on the floor. They never asked me for my ID and had me check in on a notebook piece of paper because supposedly the printer was broken. There was still clothes in the dresser from the person before me so much dust on the ceiling fan blades. And they aren’t refunding me the week I paid for!!! And I paid there at the hotel not through a website. I left the very first day!!!! And I would never give a 1 star but I have to in order to post the review and I wish I could post the pictures and video I have so no one will ever have to go through this experience

Expedia itinerary: 72695644337049. Whoever is posting good reviews either works for hotel, is family, or did not stay here. Had to find a different place to stay for my family for the night. Dirty. Sketchy neighborhood. And on top of all that they won't refund as non refundable through Expedia. Nice!

Stayed for a week - motel was clean and quiet. Our room had a fridge and microwave which was useful to us and the pool was great for beating the heat. The environment was friendly and we had access to use the BBQ. They even had a company onsite for car rentals which was extremely beneficial to us during our stay. Looking forward to our return trip in July

This place took our reservation, charged our credit card and CLOSED without letting us know! We would have been on our vacation without a place to stay!!! It took us hours to obtain a refund!

very nice and comfortable rooms really nice pool and great service the people there are great pet friendly and overall just a great place to stay 10/10 everything in the room is there if there anything needed it will be supplied to you as needed they are very good about helping out
