Rockledge Flats - Apartment complex in Rockledge - 256 Barton Blvd, USA

I have been living here for the past 6 months. I have loved my time here. The building is stylish & modern. The best part about Rockledge Flats is how Dog friendly they are. They have community dog areas and almost everyone that lives here has dogs or are welcome to dogs. The maintenance crew is on point. They are there to provide help around the clock and take care of any issues whenever they come up in a very timely manner. Christyn is one of the best, she is friendly and welcoming to everyone and have experience fixing ac/heater units. Loves dogs and there for whatever you need.

I have really enjoyed my stay here at Rockledge flats Apartments. The staff are all very helpful and great people. I’ve never had an issue with any appliances and any questions or maintenance concerns that I had were taken care of swiftly. My space is quiet and I really love the modern aesthetic. The grounds are always well kept and facilities in order. The staff does a wonderful job of communicating across platforms with News and events. It’s my personal belief that this is the best apartment complex in Rockledge and possibly the greater Viera area. The location is very good as it’s about 10 minutes from the Highway to Orlando, 10 minutes from the Indian river, 15 minutes from Viera, 20 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from downtown Melbourne.

Living at Rockledge Flats has been a fantastic experience. The staff makes living here exceptional. Jackie & her team are always coming up with creative ideas to keep the residents engaged, healthy, happy, and motivated. Every person in the office is friendly and consistently follows through & follows up when needed. Michelle can sell ice to an Eskimo. The maintenance department is also superb. Howard seems like a terrific leader and has an A+ team. Cristyn is honestly the nicest person I've ever met. Cristyn makes this place sparkle and never misses an opportunity to say hello. Tony is terrific too, such a positive and happy person that knows how to fix everything! Even the plant tech, Tony, has a passion for what he does. He has given me recycled clippings from the indoor plants and educated me on how to care for them. Now they grow beautifully in my apartment. I am happy to write this review and am hoping corporate recognizes the gems that work here.

In my quest for a new home, I had specific criteria in mind. Location was a top priority, and Rockledge Flats, nestled in Brevard County with its convenient proximity to the Kennedy Space Center, checked that box perfectly! Another crucial aspect was finding a community that welcomes pets. After engaging in numerous discussions and taking a tour of the community with Michele, it became evident that Rockledge Flats was the ideal haven for both me and my Boston Terrier. Not only is Rockledge Flats a pet-friendly apartment community, but I also discovered a kindred spirit in Michele, who shares my profound love for dogs. In summary, if you're seeking a luxury community in an optimal location where the happiness of your four-legged companions is cherished just as much as your own, Rockledge Flats is the ultimate choice!

Howard and Tony have been great with the maintenance of the community and personal living throughout the apartment complex. Maintenance requests are almost always completed within two days. I have really enjoyed my experience here and would highly recommend.

I want to give 10 plus stars! Michelle is absolutely an amazing person. She is so detailed, compassionate, dedicated to everything she does. I feel completely blessed to have met this amazing woman! I wish everyone has the chance to experience the same when meeting her! Thank you my friend for all you did for me and my family 🙏

Michele was so friendly and professional. She made sure all of questions were answered and showed us several apartment floor plans to ensure we could chose one that was perfect for us. She was so personable and made me feel like I was home.

Howard and the maintenance team are nothing short of an amazing crew. They are ON IT! These guys are really timely, efficient and kind. Not only are they great at what they do but they also have great personalities and make you feel important and appreciated. True servants to the tenants. The are definitely one of the highlights of living here.
