My wife and I are traveling from California to Ft. Worth, TX to attend a national horse show and needed “horse hotels” during our trip.
Lou and Pam Mendez offered 5 star accommodations for our 2 Andalusian mares and even though it was a very long drive for us arriving at almost 9:30 at night, Lou made sure that the stabling was clean, with fresh water and easy access to the ranch. The next morning our horses were rested and refreshed for another long day of road travel. Thank you for making the first leg of our trip so effortless.
The setting is classic Arizona Southwest with beautiful scenery including giant Saguaro cactus all over the place.

We stay in our LQ trailer and the round pen is perfect for our horses! We've never stayed in BNB yet. I'll bet it's lovely because Lou is very gracious! Enjoy riding in Saguaro National Forest that is in his backyard!
I probably cannot say enough about this airbnb. The kindest people on the planet Bill and Gina it is gorgeous it is quiet it is immaculate I will go back time and time again and I am local… lol!
We camped and rode our horses in the Saguaro National Park. Great time and the owners are so nice and accommodating.
Amazing views, great riding right out of camp. Pam & Lou are gracious hosts. Round pen, arena, wash rack, close to town yet far enough away.

Had a wonderful time with friends! The staff were friendly and helpful with instruction and staying engaged with our group. Facility was clean and organized. Having the option of throwing axes or throwing stars was neat! Will definitely come back.
