I would not recommend anyone to this place due to the fact of their billing, I was on a month to month payment plan, I cancelled my membership 3 weeks prior to the start of the new month, I just had a charge of $169 and when I contacted them they said they had a 30day cancellation policy. It's an absolute rip off, I have not done business with anyone where you cancelled any type of subscription and you are still charged for a full month 3 weeks after cancellation. When contacting the office staff they say they don't make the policy, your policy is a rip off, and since you knew this because I am not the first to have this happen . So unfortunately I could not reply to the owners comments, I am also a small business owner and your billing is still a rip off, no one pays for a service and cancel 3 weeks prior and still gets billed for an additional month. This was the exact reason I was not on a contract and was on a month to month,due to my schedule, your people knew this and did not bother to explain, I guess since everyone is doing it as you claimed it is ok.

Amazing!!! I have been working out at different gyms for so many years. This has got to be the best experience I’ve had of all of them hands down! As soon as I walked in for the first class they are welcoming and make you feel right at home. From the smiling team at the front desk to the fun and upbeat trainers who are all in phenomenal shape and also attend the classes yet they are not intimidating. Very personable, kind, knowledgeable and experienced. They challenge you and assist you when needed. Always attentive and ready with a response. They put together such a great class from the music to the carefully crafted classes they keep you on your toes and completely engaged. High energy throughout. I took both classes and personal training. Both Personal trainers Jessica and Luis were patient and very thorough instructors. Highly skilled at what they do! Was such a great experience! Wish every gym could be like this! I highly recommend!!!

I joined rockbox fitness back in April of this year. I was really hesitant on joining because of the fact that I have a physical disability and I was afraid of getting judged of the things I couldn’t do. I was also afraid that it wouldn’t have been worth it because of my limitations. But man, was I wrong. Everyone at rockbox fitness (both staff and members) have always made me feel so welcomed and included during the workouts. I’ve never felt so included in a gym before I came here. I truly appreciate the fact that the staff always go above and beyond to modify the classes to meet my needs. It just goes to show how much they care about wanting to make a difference in peoples lives! I want to shout out Katelyn, Christina & Luis for always pushing me to do things that I thought that I could never do before & for always believing in me even when I can’t believe in myself. They never fail to uplift me on my worst days. They’ve become like family to me and I am grateful to have joined!

I totally regret on signing up with this company. I signed up for a 12 month contract but by the intense workouts. My tailbone was in pain every time I workout. Which they noted in their system. It takes me about 3 days to recover. I went to the doctor and the doctor gave me a note excusing me from doing this program because it will turn into a serious injury. Which the company is not responsible for. I went to the business and they refused the doctors note and wanted me to pay $320 to close my membership. They stated that I need to pay for next month and a closing fee and they said its in the contact and they emails a copy of the contract. I looked at my email from day one when I started and I receive no copy of my papers. On top of that, I looked at my personal credit card and they charged my card without notifying me. I gave them cash for the first month. I never gave them my credit card and I did not give them the authorization to use that card. Most likely they got my card information when I purchased the first time class gloves from them. Before giving them the $320 to close my membership, I asked to speak to the manager. I told them in person Tuesday to speak with a manager, next day no manager called then called Friday no manager called me on Saturday and today(Sunday) I drove to the business and they decided to close early. No sign on the door saying why they closed at 10:40am when the business closes on Sunday at 11:15am. I even checked the IG to see if they post something but nothing. So my last call to speak to a manager is to make a review on this company. Hopefully, they call me by making this statement. But whoever is reading this DO NOT SIGN A CONTACT. IF THEY NOT TAKING CASH THEN DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELF. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING. LATE TO A CLASS NOT UNDERSTANDING WITH WORK SCHEDULES. NOT TOO MANY LATE NIGHT CLASSES. Literally, they only have two days of late night classes. They will harass you if you miss 2 days or 3 days. They will send a text and you reply to the text and they will not respond until the next day. It's rare to get someone to answer the phone if you have any questions. They also harassed my family members when my family told them they was not interested. They had to keep pushing until they got cursed out by my family member. Also, insider they will trying to get you pay for their vitamins that cost $300 or $400. BUT YOU WILL GET A WORKOUT IN!!! I knew I was signing up for this gym the min I was contacted. My first class was amazing, Luis the instructor was great and made the time fly by. Loved the experience so much I signed up to be a member. This is exactly what I needed.

Maryam is a great instructor, she is a beast! She pushes you to your limits. She takes her time to ensure you are doing the moves the right way and she makes every class unique, different and exciting. I love that she adds finisher exercises at the end of most classes. Definitely recommend her class only if you are ready to kick it and see results!!

I love this place ! Not only music and lights but for the first time in my life lm enjoying boxing and workouts ! The staff it’s simply the best ! Christina, Christopher and the rest of the crew makes you feel like they want the best out of you. Helping you to understand the concept of this workout and trust me you will be stronger and stronger every time you join the class. Highly recommend :)

It is a great place to spend your workout kickboxing and strength training. The instructors are very helpful and have lots of energy to help you through your workout.
