Love the beaches in Northern California! Rockaway Beach is a hidden beach close to Pacifica. Golden spot to unwind, breathe fresh ocean air and practice gratitude! Great beach escape from busyness of life. Highly recommend and please bring a jacket! Peace 🙏🌺🌺🌺
The beauty of the surroundings is amazing. The town needs an investment of capital (facelift of the shops-hotels, re-pave the side roads). Breakers is perfect for breakfast 🍳
Beautiful sandy beach with lots of rocks. We went on a rough water day with tall waves. It's a relatively small beach but it's a nice place to visit.
A beautiful place with beautiful views. A warm day lasts forever. A foggy day creates spectacular atmosphere. I like to walk and run almost daily.
It was a gorgeous sunny day with a nice cool breeze. This place offers a free parking lot. I went on a weekday morning, and there was plenty of parking. There are restrooms. There are several benches, near the parking lot, to sit and enjoy the view, in case you didn't take your own beach chairs. There are a couple of trails on each side of the beach. From the parking lot to the right, you will have a paved maintained in and out trial (Rockaway Point trail) rated as easy. The Mori Ridge Trail loop trail is to the left and rated hard if you do the big loop, but there is a smaller loop rated moderator. There are a couple of restaurants to grab lunch or dinner. I would suggest getting it to go and enjoy lunch on the beach. ***Be mindful of seagulls, pigeons, and other birds if you decide to eat on the beach. You feed ONE, and you will have a swarm of hungry birds. I would suggest not feeding any, so that you may enjoy food in peace.
One of the best place for hangout and hike beside the pacific. The trail are clean and quite. Nice view of the ocean from the parking lot. Parents can use stroller to use the hike. Parking is free and limited. Very few people know this place. Btw, people from outside bay area can book a hotel (marriot) which is very close to the ocean. Also it has some beach side restaurant. Overall a very good place.
Little nice cove, with very pretty hike on the south side hill of it. Great spot for surfing if you are not a total beginner. Could park with your car facing the ocean 🌅
Nice, small dog friendly beach. Check the tide before coming, it's narrow. Cool rocks and coastline

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Place is clean and quaint with plenty of natural light. We had the pastrami panini and the smoked salmon and goat cheese omelette with a side salad. I'd recommend ordering the side salad as the dishes were naturally salt
Really great gym. Visiting from out of town and paid $12 for a day pass. Great equipment, friendly staff and members, and I got in a great bench press workout. I highly recommend Pacifica Athletic Center!
Devil's Slide has such breathtaking views. This must be one of the most picturesque trails along the coast. The dramatic cliffs and sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean are vast and delightful. If you live in the Bay Area or you are just visiting, thi
I recently visited Mori Point and was absolutely enchanted by the stunning sunset and breathtaking views. The evening sky transformed into a canvas of vibrant colors, creating a mesmerizing backdrop against the Pacific Ocean. The trails were enjoyabl
Parked in the Devilâs Slide north parking lot on a sunny weekday morning. Plenty of open spaces. Walk back toward Pacifica (north) and connect to the trailhead for Pedro Point Headlands. Trails are marked but steep in sections. Strongly recommend h

Kicking the New Year off a review of my ultimate favorite hot pot spot in all of the Bay Area!!! You have to trust me on this one. Whether you're craving hot pot and/or bbq, you can get the best of both worlds all to yourself. Love that you can choo
If you crab or fish, stop leaving your bait on the beach! This includes any raw meat or fish! You might think the ocean will consume it. No it doesnât! The dogs on the beach do and they get sick eating off of your trash. This is an off leash dog be
What a wonderful place. I went there to drop off my art for the Fog Fest Photography Competition ( a shameless plug ) and ended up staying for their newest exhibit which is truly fantastic. The staff is warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I highl
