This guy had the nerve to tell me I had too many " food particles " in my room. Bear in mind this is after staying 5 days paying 250 after quoted 220 for 7 days. NOBODY asked me or cleaned my room. I had explained to him that I DONT carry around a vacuum only to have him go over room with a microscope almost unwilling to give me my 10 buck key fee. They have old fashioned towels mismatched from 1970. The freezer door is broken and falls off if you touch it. Man up dude and respect your customers. You are in the hospitality line of work.He even told me to take out my own garbage. It is also mismatched bedding little kid pillow cases. This guy needs to burn that place down. NEVER STAY THERE. NASTY. SLEEP IN CAR

Was staying here to get on our feet. Two weeks in my boyfriend's brother was coming up from Virginia for there wedding. He gets here at three am with his full registered service dog. They came to visit. They came knocking the next morning say we can not rent again because they stayed the night. They were here til 5. We were not loud and never had a problem with someone visiting before. This is bad business ethic. I highly suggest if you plan to stay here don't have ANY family come see you. This service animal is a pure breed garman shepherd for physical impairment not emotional support dog.

This place is a dump. Classic bait and switch. They have a nice marquee outside, nice landscaping and it's in a nice area. And then u walk in and there's blood stains on the sheets, holes in them, towels are dirty and the "manager" (guy who hands you a key) is quick to anger when you request another towel with crap all over it. The walls are stained with who knows what. I was treated rudely, very rudely. I won't get into it bc it's not worth it. You can argue with ignorance. I stay in motels constantly, I'm a traveling performer. This is the worst place I've stayed, and I spent a week in Vancouver.||I think they call it The Rock bc it reminds you of Alcatraz.

When I asked the manager to clean the mold from the shower I was told I had to leave ... The rock 'bottom' . Central air shared between all the rooms , you constantly had to smell what the other guess are doing,

Run down, dirty, towels gross. They advertised WiFi, but the signal was not strong enough to connect in my room. Asked for money back. Only got 30 of my 35+5 deposit back. Lady dishonest. Went a mile north up the street to the Palace motel. Small, but clean. Also $40. Way better.

There is nothing comfortable or nice. Nothing felt, smelled, or appeared to be clean. Couldnt figure out how to operate tv because it's so old. If my only choice was the room or my van, I'd sleep in my van.

Had a friend that used to bring his girl here every night for freaky time. She said it was clean enough for the activities.

At least there were no bed bugs. Not my first choice, and not really a place I recommend. But if there's no other options....
