We had our son’s Birthday Party there this weekend after going to two others this year at their facility. It’s is a great experience and great atmosphere. The kids love it and the staff love them, it’s a tough and rough love situation, but I think in the couple hour time frame of this bday party these kids learn some real life lessons on never giving up, and have a great time doing it. 10/10 recommend having a birthday party at Rock City MMA!!!

Rock city MMA is absolutely fantastic! Coach Kirby and his team are phenomenal teachers. Not only do they teach the kids about BJJ/MMA, they also incorporate valuable life lessons in their classes and help the kids build their character and self-esteem.

My grandson Colby took Lessons at MMA. He was going through PTSD from his former step-father. The staff at MMA helped him built his self-confidence and made him feel like family. This has Been a great School for my son. Wonderful place for him to socialize, learn to defend himself, and helped build his self esteem. They have welcomed my son made him and myself feel like family. I highly recommend Rock City and their instructors.

Held my friends Bachelor party here. It was fantastic. Great mix of physical challenge and fun with the games and obstacle course. Grappling and Striking lessen was easy to follow and a fun introduction.

My daughter has been coming for some time. She loves Coach Kirby and has learned a lot as he is an awesome teacher. Coach Kirby and his wife Tiffany are super great, and I trust them 100% to guide my daughter toward her goals and build greater self esteem in the process. Totally recommend bringing your child, yourself or the whole family!

We love Rock City MMA! My three year old Henry is shy and Coach Kirby is great with him. Patient but firm and a lot of fun. We attend twice a week and there is always variety in each class and creative ways to teach the kids new things while building on previously taught skills. After just three classes Henry looks forward to the class and showing Coach Kirby his new moves! Highly recommend!

Amazing family-run business which trains all ages to be champions! The Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jujitsu involves rigorous training, but the social experience is at both welcoming and challenging to grow in character, too. I recommend it to all, including survivors of sexual or physical assault. The Kirby's are very special people. Thank you.
