Our entire family enjoys training at Rochester Kung Fu and Fitness. What you’ll find here is far above and beyond any other gym or martial arts school. It is truly a character development program alongside world-class training. They also host FUN seasonal events everyone will enjoy. Highly recommend for all ages!
Love it great atmosphere. People very friendly work with you. This program has help so much. Teaching my 5 year old early on how to focus eat healthy, help that it’s okay to help people out. He looks forward to helping other without them asking. School how etc everyone have given him great compliments on how much he’s improved going to this program. Look forward to going to program thanks for the help making it easier to teach kids basic this at a young age
This place is awesome my daughters started there at first and then I joined them. I love the way they break down and teach kung fu they have a warm way to get you motivated and keep you moving forward.
Our whole family attends this academy and we all love it. We have learned a lot of kung fu but we have also gained better focus and self discipline and I’ve seen such an improvement in my children’s behaviors. We have also made so many friends that I think we will have for life! Highly recommended!
The Best program ever! My son loves it! I love it! Since he started here about a month ago, his self confidence had a huge boost, he is more independant, and helps a lot at home. When you are there you feel you are with family.
My son has been part of Rochester Kung Fu and Fitness for about a month now. I love this program has it is more than Kung Fu, it’s character building! My son works hard in class, at school and home! He looks forward to each class and loves that he has the freedom to attend as many days as he wants each week. He is working towards his character stripes each day by doing homework and reading, learning self-discipline, making healthy choices and practicing! We have tried other sports but he hasn’t loved anything as much as Kung Fu. Sifu Paul, Jow Ga and the instructors are so patient and helpful to both the students and parents. I would recommend this school to anyone. We love being part of this community/family!!
This academy is the best!! My boys have developed more confident, responsibility and respect among others and themselves. My little one arrived at the academy and didn't spoke any English, even though he is still learning he has never felt left out in the academy and the staff have helped him all the way!! Have alot to thank this academy!!

He is learning self discipline, to make healthy choices everyday, reading more, encouraged to do his homework each day and works hard at home to practice everything he is learning in class! I could not be more proud of him. Rochester Kung Fu and Fitness great for kids and families, the facility is clean and instructors are the absolute best! I would recommend anyone at least give it a try! We started off with the 2 week trial and never left!
