I have been going to Robins for years. Robin and Angie are masters at knowing my tastes and pulling items for me and when I walk in I get hugs from them!!. Beautiful store, beautiful people!!

Whether you are in search of the perfect jean, refreshing your wardrobe, or on the hunt for the latest Birkenstock styles- shopping at Robins will check all your boxes! The customer service is above and beyond expectation and with online/phone orders/ shopping in person options you have no reason not to give them a try. I would say that the "staff" is great but if you have ever shopped in the brick and mortar store with the Robins team you know they are a like family not just employees and treat every customer like family as well!
What a wonderful experience at Robin's!! I am from out of town and was killing time on my lunch break. I was greeted warmly by the sales staff and Robin, personally, but they were not pushy. The shop is lovely, as is Robin. While she has an awesome variety, the shop is not cluttered and one can really look at the clothes and not feel overwhelmed. The staff was a perfect blend of personalized helpfulness, but not pushy. Too often these days you get snapping gum, ignored, or badgered during a retail experience. Robin has a great eye and knew what size and what would be flattering in the suggestions she made to me just by looking at me. The young lady that assisted me was so nice. The clothes are trendy for all ages and not what you see at the mall. THIS is how it is done, and anyone that wants to stay alive in brick and mortar retail needs to come here and take notes. Bought some lovely things, and thank you so much, Robin and staff! I will definitely be back next time I work in the area.

I highly recommend Robin's! I felt pampered and cared for. Robin personally helped me pick out clothes for my new "postpartum" body, I wasn't even sure what size I would be. Robin and her associates were extremely helpful and personal, I loved the outfits they picked out for me! I had been prone to thinking that shopping for clothes was mostly about the dollar amount, but visiting Robin's has made me see the importance of customer service, the quality of the product, and the overall retail shopping experience. -Molly
