Always clean always well taken care of. Do not park in on at designated areas though. Very are strict.
I didn't stay here for very long, but from what I saw it has quite a bit to offer, a reserve-able gazebo, two vault restrooms, playground, covered picnic tables, grass, a beach (although I couldn't tell how much was sand and how much was dirt). There's a small creek that runs through part of it. Overall it's a nice park, but it isn't very large, so I can see it becoming crowded pretty easily.
Went paddle boarding today with a group. The only time I have been up there in the past is for the Robie Creek Half Marathon. It was definitely worth the trip. We put in close to the boat ramp. We started going one direction and went under a bridge. Some people were jumping off the bridge and I did as well on the way back. We continued past the dock where we put in to another dock and took a snack break. Some boats and jet skis passed. There are no wake buoys and for the most part they followed the law. Water was not cold but just the right temperature.
Nice spot for paddle boarding and swimming. Will mention that it does now get really over crowded used to come here often as a kid and it really gets packed up and is kinda sad. Regardless nice spot for the family and great environment.
This park is great to get out of town a little bit, disconnect (there is no cell service) and paddle board with your pup. We love it cause dogs are welcome and it’s less crowded than Lucky Peak. Don’t get me wrong it gets busy on nice days but you can usually find parking in one of the two lots.
This is a great little Park in a beautiful location. Please note however that if you are intending to boat on Lucky peak from this location the main body of water doesn't reach to this park unless the reservoir is almost full. Even if it's not, this is a great little park with picnic tables, access to the shoreline and the creek, its got parking and a boat launch, vault toilets, etc. Really nice setting and great family setting.
My favorite place to go and relax. Best place to launch your boat without the hassle of alot of people. But beware of trailer parking they will tow you if you're not park correctly.
Water was pretty grody and lots of poop from geese when we went, but it is a pretty and quiet spot. I wouldn't go swimming at the main entrance as the buoys trap a lot of gunk. But- there's a playground, nice stream, minimal bathroom, and it looks like a great place to take a boat out.
A well maintained 41acre park on side of Boise river in Boise city having well paved wide pathways, ponds, fountain. Park as well as parking both are wheel chair accessible. You can watch wildlife also. Dog are allowed. Clean public toilets. Gardens
The trail systems at and around Camel's Back Park are top-notch! LOVE this area so much. Boiseans are very fortunate to have these maintained trails available to them for walking, hiking, running, and mountain biking. The park itself is a lovely pi
I did not realize there were four entrances to different parts of Lucky peak. And there may be more I don't know. But I got to do the polar Bear plunge and it was awesome
Terry Day Park âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ One of the things I love about living in Boise is how much green space we have. The number of parks that we have never ceases to amaze me. Each one has their own distinct personality. These photos were t
This is a really nice park. It is large enough to accommodate 2 large play slide areas, a large swing area- with both adult and baby swings, a large tennis area, and plenty of wide open grass areas to play with your dog! The park was very clean, n
All of Boiseâs best events are held here. ðPlenty of shade, great views of the streets for cycling and other events, excellent photo ops in front of the State Capitol, close to downtown amenities and parking.
Nice little neighborhood park. Tennis court, hoops, and play ground equipment. We go there for our son's soccer practice and there's plenty of space for multiple teams to practice at once.
I love our little neighborhood park. It's a great size for small toddlers to where I always have line of sight but still enough equipment for them to not get bored. Mature trees with shaded grass areas, picnic benches, and a clean restroom. Plus ther
Great food and very friendly staff. We came with our dog and they accommodated us very well out on the patio and brought him his own water bowl too. The food we had was all great. It's neat to have a place so close where we can get to try handmade au
We planned to stop in Boise on our drive from Seattle to Salt Lake City. We loved the Boise Guesthouse so much we returned a week later on our way home. On our first visit, we stayed in the Animal Studio, and on our second we stayed in the Travel Su
My compliments to the chef. This food was so fresh and delicious. The taste was perfectly balanced and pleasing to all the senses. It was light, rich and flavorful. Iâm very particular about the quality of my food and I donât have a single compla
Beautiful park area - I don't care for the narration boxes that much but the quotes on the walls are very moving. Lovely water features and very calming. It's right on the green belt, so it gets a lot of traffic.
Seriously the best empanadas! The crust is so buttery and yummy and the fillings are flavorful. I need to try more flavors, but recently I tried the Gaucho and the cheeseburger. Both were great, gaucho was my favorite!
After a very long flight to Boise from Florida this place was a refreshing landing spot and the perfect place to introduce us to the Boise craft beer scene. Boise is such a clean city and this place site on such a huge corner lot where it was bright
Must try! Everything was delicious. I honestly don't remember the names of the dishes, but I included photos. Definitely try the fried chicken with curry! Adorable place too!
Is this one of the pricier bars in Boise? 100% But does that keep you from enjoying an AWESOME array of cocktails to please any pallette? No way. Really nice spot for an intimate drink after dinner
Great speak easy in down town Boise. Donât be afraid to go through the curtains. Whatâs on the other side is a bar that feels like cheers, everyone knows your name m, unless itâs your first time. If itâs around Christmas make sure you get the
