Useless! The person who answered the phone didn’t even say her name to start. Who taught these agency’s phone etiquette? Fire them or tell their parents they failed big time in developing their child’s social skills.

Do not waste your time , they promise positions recruiters have to hit their quotas and lie and say they have positions that fit for you when they don't have none at all and waste your time booking pre interviews

Everyone I have encountered at Robert Half & especially the Office Team has been kind, encouraging and knowledgeable. To ANY recent grads this agency is a fantastic idea as it can give you the experience needed not only to excel at your future career, but to appreciate a good fit when you find one. I have only positive feedback for Bethlehem's staff of Office team. Both Lyndsey and Leslie have been extremely kind. They have followed up regularly to see how my temp. position is going. Robert Half/Accountemps/OfficeTeam are great to work with when looking for a new job. The day I saw them in Bethlehem they presented me with an opportunity to work for a health network. The very next day I had the interview and within 2 hours I received a call stating I had got the job! It was a very enjoyable experience. I had canceled my interview that was set up for me by Kayla , i didn’t want to attend a Interview because i am unable to work Saturdays, and that was apart of the assignments requirements. I have been reaching out to kayla and robert half for over a week now yet no one has returned my calls and when i call it goes straight to voicemail. A staffing agency should be a place that assist people to get employment that fits their needs , not pick and choose who you want to help or not. Completely unprofessional
