My home gym! Facilities are always clean. Sometimes the gym is too crowded at times but otherwise it’s a great place to be, never had a bad experience here. All the machines are working like they should and I enjoy the variety of fitness classes offered here

I am a member, and the YMCA has so much more to offer than LA Fitness or Planet Fitness, I just want to highlight the terrible treatment and customer service I have received at this location from a few of the older ladies who sit at the check-in desk. First time I came to visit and asked about joining, the woman immediately gave me papers to fill out without welcoming me or even asking if I wanted to tour the facility. Geoffrey picked up on what was going on was very warming and welcoming as he took us on a tour of the facility. After this encounter each time me and my wife have come to the facility, we have not been greeted as everyone else is, and the older ladies at the desk seemed to give us a hard time as we are just asking about the status of our account and signing in. Finally today after asking Geoffrey for help, I found out they didn’t even add my account so I could get my barcode to sign in (just being lazy), it took under 10 minutes for him to look me up, make sure my payment information was correct, and show me how to get my barcode on the app. Overall, love the facility, I would advise to just be aware of the lazy, rude, older ladies who work the front desk. Very nice YMCA with helpful staff. I am visiting from out of town, and they got me set up so I could easily check in. Plenty of equipment in the exercise room, too.

The Fowler YMCA employees I have contact with are super friendly and helpful. The pool lap swimming reservation system is very well organized and easy to use.

Friendly staff, great facility, however, ever Tuesday and Thursday afternoon there are several teenagers grouping around and not actively working out. This causes a lot of issues with getting around the gym they are extremely loud every time and they sit at equipment for extend time standing around talking. This has been going on for 2 months now and have complained several time and it does not get fixed. Will not be working out here on Tuesdays and Thursdays afternoons.

I am a previous member of another location and joined this facility and had a challenging time getting signed up online during the promo period and was not able to take advantage of the full savings, as well as at the facility. Once I got started using the facility, here we have yet another challenge with my membership not being on file after I'd clearly registered during the promo period at the tail end spending upwards of 20 additional minutes cutting into my workout time schedule. Finally, know one showed me around the facility and I am pretty much on my own here... Luckily I am pretty much versed in their facility layout And have used all available equipment, pool, sauna and steam room. Nice place but staff can definitely use a pep talk.

The childcare is important to us so my wife and I can work out together, and we’ve been very impressed by the childcare staff. The workout equipment is great and I seldom have to wait to use something. I enjoy having access to the Peloton bikes, which has been a game changer for my cardio sessions. And having the big playground right outside is awesome!

I enjoy the early morning y-fit class they offer. I've been attending for 10 years now:)
