Roami at Factors Row - Hotel in New Orleans - 822 Perdido St, USA

Booked this place for my parents, age 63-64, and they absolutely loved it. They are used to the traditional style of hotels such as having a concierge and check in but they were able to easily navigate within this location and had a great time. They loved the layout and were in a good location that was easily walkable for them. The hosts are very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner and very respectfully. I would definitely recommend this place for others.

I was excited to stay here based on reviews but I was quite disappointed when we arrived. The bed and pillows were very bad. Both my husband and I ended up with neck issues. Also, the unit was not cleaned very well, bath had stains and walls had mold. Cabinets not clean with hair smeared or stained. There were also hair ties throughout the unit and dust/hair ball bunnies on the floor telling me they didn’t vacuum or mop well or at all. Refrigerator and sink not cleaned well. This is disappointing because they’re such easy things to clean. Microwave handle was missing. Stains on couches and rugs which spot cleaners would easily remove. Bed only has the torn up mattress cover. They didn’t have a fitted sheet in the closet or the restock room. That torn mattress cover without a fitted sheet on top gave me hibbie jibbies all week. Note: No parking in the unit. It’s street parking that charges hourly (up to 2 hours) or nearby garage, the one they recommend has no in and out privileges. Pluses: Good size unit. Great location. Nice A/C. Had enough amenities to cook breakfast, oil, seasonings, pans, etc. Close enough to French Quarter but far enough to be quiet in the evenings and night. P.S. They are under construction for remodel so there was some noice (banging) during the day. Wish we knew they were under construction when we booked.

We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment. You will get the most bang for your buck here. Smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room for entertainment, a fully equipped kitchen (literally everything you need to cook a meal if you want to), an in-unit washer and dryer, and a laundry room. The location is very quiet and within walking distance from the French Quarter. The staff are all friendly and helpful, including the virtual front desk. A great hotel in general!

Great stay! We were in the 2 bedroom vacation rental. Nice rooms and full kitchen as well as washer and dryer inside unit. Quiet area, 10 min walk to Bourbon St. Easy virtual check in and check out. Recommend

My stay at Roami was great! A HUGE shout out to Devin! He was absolutely amazing. He is very responsive to the needs of the guests. Always providing assistance when needed. I met Devin when I stayed at the property in January and his assistance was stellar then and the same now. The location is perfect to all of the attractions such as Canal, Bourbon Streets and the French Quarters. Anytime I am in New Orleans I will always stay at this property. If you have not done so already I highly recommend it. Thank you Devin and Team Roami for making my stay an enjoyable experience.

Really nice property, excellent location. Beautiful common room and courtyard. No lodging in the area was cheap, but I researched a lot of options, and this was a great value relative to the others. Easy walk to French Quarter or Superdome, but actually pretty quiet. Nice coffee shop next door and good restaurant right around the corner.

This is more than a hotel room in a cookie cutter building. This is a fabulous renovated property, located within walking distance to the heart of New Orleans. Our accommodation was BETTER than expected. The kitchen was complete and had all the tools you need to prepare a meal. There's also a washer/dryer in the apartment. I would give it 5 stars IF the bathroom had been updated (they don't do tubs anymore} and in my opinion more importantly, there is no grab bar in the bath/shower. Otherwise, worth the money to stay here.

This was our first time staying in a condo in the French Quarter area and the condo was great, kind of wish there was an actual person instead of the virtual thing but I guess that's the norm now when you check in and out. Each condo has everything you need like you were staying at a home away from home. I had several things occur while we were there and all of my questions were answered quickly via text which was great. I also like the keyless entry. Something to know there is no parking so make sure you check out area parking before your trip. There's plenty of options available and If I were you and you don't like to spend a fortune definitely look around as well when you get there because there are some that are overpriced and some that are fair for the area .
