5-24-21...earlier in the month, Chuck contacted me regarding this review. As of this date the company has refunded me all money that was owed back my business. Our issues are resolved and we will both hopefully be able to move on in our separate ways. My experience with Chuck Shaffer with RLC was very unprofessional! He received our signature and was given payment in full the first of March 2020 to set up our current system into Digital Dining. This was a full build of our menu into a POS system to run our Mexican Restaurant. 6 weeks later, he still hadn't even started on our system when I contacted him. I gave him access into my current POS system so he could easily copy our menu setup. He didn't even bother to use it and made up his own names for our menu categories and items for the few that he entered over a couple weeks. My own daughter who set up our currently working POS had to go in and correct what he done and entered in all of our menu herself. She done such a great job navigating his system that he even offered her a job with his company! But Chuck never could seem to properly program the pos to effectively and efficiently work for our extensive menu and fast paced business. At the end of May I informed him that we would need the system operational by the middle of June when we would open dining back up from the covid shutdown. He gave many excuses of having to be other places and pushed to just set up and train on a POS system that was still not operational for my business. I ended up firing RLC and got a refund. End of October I found that Chuck never canceled my contract with Digital Dining and they charged me monthly for a POS system that I didn't even get installed!!!! $2,219.64 that the company withdrew before I found it and processed and stop payment and I still haven't gotten my refund and still cannot get anyone to even respond to me to take care of it. I HIGHLY RECOMMENT YOU USE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR POS NEEDS!!!

This is our go-to spot to kayak the river. Weâve always had a great experience and theyâre SUPER friendly! Be sure to reserve in advance for the weekends, because they fill up fast. Weâve already been 5 times in the last couple of months!!!
