Riviera Resort & Marina - Resort hotel in DeLand - 2760 Botts Landing Rd, USA

We visited a friend who stays here part of each year. We have family in the area and we like Riviera Resort and Marina. The rooms and units are well-maintained and comfortable. Family will like the quiet and being right on the river. Staff here are welcoming and helpful. We're looking forward to our stay and checking out this area!

I can’t say enough about what a great time we had here. 4 of us (2 couples) spent 4 nights in the upstairs suite overlooking the beautiful St John’s river. It was quiet, relaxing, friendly and FUN! We rented their fishing pontoon and were on the water everyday and welcomed back by the locals every evening. Great fish cleaning station, great pool, great sea wall for sitting or fishing, and all in a naturally beautiful setting. If you’re looking for fancy, keep looking….. If you’re looking for old Florida relaxation, you’ll find it here. Life long memories were made. Special shout out to Judy, we will be back!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and found the rooms nicely decorated, very comfortable and immaculately clean. A great base for getting out and about and coming back to and relaxing. Lovely pool and covered pergola area for outside eating and entertaining. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful whenever needed and met many very friendly other residents.||Next visit we hope to stay in the river front rooms which were so sadly out of service during our time there due to Hurricane Ian’s flooding trail! We hope all returns to normal for all very soon.

Best vacation we've had in years! From super friendly check-in, to spotless accommodation, and great help with boat rental, Riviera is solid. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment on the second floor with a screen porch overlooking the river, where we ate most of our meals. Had an issue with the TV the first full day we were there and they went and bought a new TV that day. That's customer service! The only other issue was a worn out can opener and they gave us a new one as soon as we told them about it.|Rented a brand new pontoon boat for four days and spent our time exploring the river and the many inlets and coves. Saw herons, storks, nesting ospreys, manatees, fish jumping, and of course, GATORS.|The resort has a beautiful pool, sitting area on the river and a fish cleaning station. If you clean fish, be watchful, we saw a great blue heron steal a freshly cleaned, two pound crappie when a fisherman turned his back for a second. We thought it was funny, he didn't.|Parked the car Sunday and didn't get back in it until Friday to go home.|Wouldn't be telling y'all about this place but we already booked it for next year.

This is our winter home and happy place! Judy, Linda, and Mike do a wonderful job and make our stay so enjoyable. Our winter family of other guests have become full time friends! So glad the changes were made for the better!

This was a quaint, yet warm, comfortable, welcoming, clean, and inviting little hidden gem!!! The property is on the river with beautiful views and offers lots of comfortable seating. Everyone from the staff, residents, boaters and fellow resort visitors was very friendly. From going out on a boat, to the pool, to the community room, to the covered pavillion with a community-use grill and cornhole, to the river area, there’s plenty to enjoy. Staying here was a great, relaxing getaway nice and close to state parks and springs to get to explore. I can see why so many come back year after year - so great for boaters, fishers, explorers, RV’ers, and those looking for a quiet cozy get-away. We’ll be back soon for sure!

Not as good as it use to be! First time we went there it was amazing! Rooms are a great size and the view is amazing! Great pool and Marina! Now it is real hard to get someone to answer the phone when calling to make a reservation or ask a question. The rooms are clean, however, we had to check out a day before someone else had the room. If check out is 10 am, why can't someone else check in at 2 pm that same day? Most Hotels do this! Hardly any rooms were rented when we were there. In addition, the Manager's kid was begging us for money to play a game.

This is a wonderful quiet place off the beaten path but still right on the St. John's river. Has a pool and is very low key awesome.
