My daughter and I have been having a mother daughter trip to Erie for a week for the past 6 years. This year was the first time we stayed at riviera motel. The staff, Matt, Bryan and George are truly fantastic and so kind! anything we needed they would help us with. The rooms aren’t immaculate but they are clean and homey feeling. The price of the motel is super reasonable ! The pool is very clean and refreshing! We felt very safe and like we were part of the family. Right around the corner from the entrance to presquile and many restaurants and stores within a short distance from motel. We will definitely be staying here every year from now on and can’t thank them enough for all the great memories we will be making.
Best motel i have stayed at in Erie. My room was remodled recently. Bed was ultra comfortable. Jacuzzi tub amazing. Pool was great. Matt was a gracious host. 2 thumbs up to the Riviera! The only place I will book from now on.
While it is anything but luxurious, it was a really comfortable place to stay on our overnight trip to Erie and is in an incredibly convenient location next to Presque Isle Bay and near Splash Lagoon. Matt is a kind host and was willing to help us with whatever we needed. We would come back!
If your looking for luxury don't go. It's a vacation motel in the right location,very reasonable, fridge microwave, coffee pot,very comfy beds and ac. Front door parking,pool. So you ppl looking for luxury don't send in pictures of paint chip,or floor tile lose. It's a nice vacation spot to lay your head,do the park and beaches,dip in pool
A very cozy, clean, affordable local hotel. Rooms are roomy and sufficient. Clean pool, great location to Waldameer and Pesque Isle State Park and local fare. Matt and the staff very helpful and professional. Future Erie trips will find us at the Riviera! Thanks!
Nice people. Great location. Great prices. No extra charges. Rooms are old school plain and basic with just small fridge and microwave. Newer tv and cable. This is our go to for a nice cheap convenient hotel.
Nice place right across from Waldameer, 2 miles to beaches. Don't look for luxury it's a motel with pool,coffee pot,ac,microwave, fridge. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Matt nice guy. If your looking for luxury, don't stay,or at least don't post pictures of stupid stuff like,drip in faucet, chipped paint on door entry. It's a place to lay your head and relax. This is a great Road Trip place to stop. A classic vintage motel a block or so from the lake. It's close to Presque Isle state park, and has plenty of places to walk to (small store, restaurants, etc.). Clean, cozy, fridge, coffee and microwave in the rooms. Wonderful, friendly, helpful owner
Great place, friendly owner. Unfortunately, the restaurant has closed, but there is a lovely breakfast diner within walking distance. Quiet location with little traffic or noise at night. Clean rooms.
